It seems the first reviewer had a very bad experience at this business, but that was a long time ago. My recent experiences were much different — and very pleasant. I’ve been to this UPS store 3 – 4 times in the past few months. Each time, if when I arrive the clerk is busy, another clerk comes out and helps me. I never have to wait long at all. All the employees are friendly and efficient.

What ever you do– do not go to this store– they broke every 1 of my personal items including stealing the original boxes they were in– and then took over 2 months to say they would refund me the money they owed because I insured my boxes– finally after waiting 17 days to receive the refund check they promised they would send– I called the store and was hung up on by the manager Jenny– when Bob the owner finally contacted me back– he threatened me and refused to track his check he supposedly sent– In over 20 years of shipping with UPS I have never been treated like this– And I cant strongly recommend enough to never give these people even a penny of your money– Always ship with Fed Ex
