I been living on the western most part of Edison Street for several months and always saw this little shack with lots of ppl during lunch hour there. Decided to stop by and ordered a double cheeseburger w/o onions, mayo&mustard, and dang I was surprised how delicious it was! Just a good ol fashion burger! The fries may need fresh oil, they seemed a little too crisp but I’ll give those a second chance next time. I’ll definitely stop by again after I run a marathon to burn some calories. lol. Glad I found this place in Tulsa. As a side note, the burger reminded me of those In ‘n Out double double burger! That good! Recommend, now go get a burger!

Love Ted’s! Scrumptious onion burgers. Small and cozy, well priced. The seating is nostalgic.

Ted’s is a great old fashioned locally owned burger place. They’ve been in business for decades for a reason. Ted’s features reasonably priced food that’s quickly made when you order. I recommend the curly fries as well as a shake or malt. It’s a order and run place with no seating so if the weather is nice, I recommend eating at the park behind Gilcrease Museum — which isn’t too far away and almost always open during daylight.

Good hamburgers at Ted’s. If you’re geographically challenged, it’s west of the Tulsa Country Club on Edison Street. Mostly takeout, but if you want to you can eat at the school desks inside the little dining room/order counter. Yummy cheeseburgers with a little grease on the bun, fries and onion rings, combo specials that are enjoyed by many in the Owen Park and Gilcrease Hills neighborhoods.
