Plentiful vegan options. The vegan mousse was incredible, the cauliflower wings excellent, and the meatless balls very good.

Did y’all see Mad Men? I freaking loved that show. I mean hardly anything ever happened, but damn did that show have style. Even when a dude got his foot run over with a lawnmower, it was done with swagger. «He’ll never golf again. His career is over.» Well the Vault could very well be called Café Sterling Cooper Draper Price(the Vault is slightly catchier). «Mid Century Modern» is what my wife’s search history calls it. It’s just a gorgeous place. They have done amazing job of transforming this old bank without changing much. It has a beautiful spiral staircase, an interesting layout that’s full of glass and all sorts of tasteful and authentic décor. The food and drinks are delicious and fit in seamlessly with the atmosphere. I got two of the same drink, but u liked that they came in two different glasses. Not in an inconsistent way, because they were the same style, just like each one was a new surprise. Especially since the second one looked like a tiki glass. As for the food, it was so refreshing that they had so many vegan/vegetarian options while still mostly being Non-vegetarian. I’m not pushy with my vegetarianism, 4 – 5 options and I’m happy. I don’t care what anyone else eats, that’s their business. We started out with the Cauliflower wings, which I had heard about but was trying for the first time. Holy crap. I miss buffalo wings badly and was very skeptical how cauliflower could be a sub, but man these were fantastic. Get me a 50 piece. For an entrée I got what was basically a chicken fried steak style portobello mushroom. Great stuff. I really hope that area of downtown develops further. I think this place makes a great anchor for the neighborhood. There’s plenty of parking too, they have their own lot. My only criticism here are the hours. I really wish they did lunch on Saturdays and a brunch or something like that. To be fair though, this is mostly due to some rejection from last Saturday. It still stings. This is a wonderful place though, you should definitely check it out. Let it take you back to a simpler time, when men wore suits to the bank and nobody talked about their feelings.

I have only been here for lunch and I don’t think they could do any better. The $ 7 Mac and jack meal is great, drinks are strong, and the building is a funky retro converted bank. Best lunch in downtown tulsa

I always enjoy he vault! The décor I unique and incorporates different items from the old bank that was here. My favorite item is the Mac and Jack. It’s a lunch special that includes pimiento Mac and cheese and a jack and lemonade! The Tom Tom room and the top of the parking garage are fantastic for events! My favorite is the White Party!

Tried Tavolo for the first time it was awesome! I met to take pictures as the eye catching dishes came but they look so good forgot about pictures, LOL! We loved the wine & bruschetta! Everything was beautifully plated. Didn’t save room for dessert this time. We will definitely be back.

The Vault has it all! I had dinner with my husband while we visited Tulsa. The location is kind of hidden in a building downtown. The place is super cool, it used to be a bank and it has been turned into a very mod restaurant and bar. The food was amazing and the prices were about what you would expect for a cool hipster place. They have a fabulous cocktail list and they mix some mean cocktails! The staff is super friendly and when I visited it was fairly empty(tornado watch) so the crowd was calm and peaceful. I can’t wait to visit the vault again!

Very nice and upscale place. The rooftop is the home of the White Party which is always glamorous! I have eaten there one time and can’t remember what I ordered but I am sure it was pretty good. Went for cocktails and that was delicious too!

The Vault is a cool place for drinks and food. Lunch took far too long than it should: about 25 minutes to arrive once it was ordered, and the dining room was not even busy. The lunch specials, however, are a great deal at just $ 7 with twelve different options. They have a full bar, and one lunch special comes with a boozy lemonade! Worth it(if your boss isn’t at the table with you :) The Tom Tom room upstairs is a really cool area for a few cocktails, and it can be reserved for parties. I’ve been to a few private parties at this venue and the views and atmosphere are really great for a casual event. They also serve up several specialty cocktails, all in unique glassware from the mid century mod period. Come for drinks, a nosh, a cheap lunch, or a date. The Vault is a good place for a variety of reasons.

I dig the setting. Throw back styling, in this mid century bank. Got to hang out upstairs, Tom Tom Room I think. Really neat place. I will return. Rib Eye plate & wine made me a happy man. Staff took excellent care of us. Thumbs up!

The Vault is ok. The atmosphere is trendy and so is the restaurant overall. The food is mostly organic and overpriced. I’d probably give more stars if I was into that sort of thing. I mean, I’m full, but my wallet is empty.

One of our first night’s in Tulsa, we hosted a business dinner for our clients, and asked their suggestions for a nice dinner spot. At their recommendation, we made a reservation at The Vault along Cincinnati Avenue. It came as no great shock to learn that this restaurant was once a bank — the First National Auto Bank to be more specific. During it’s heyday, this bank was the world’s largest auto bank with 6 drive through lanes, which now make up the parking lot area outside of the restaurant. Nowadays, the bank has been converted into a terrific restaurant which focuses on quality food made from scratch, using organic or all natural meats as well as fresh veggies and fruit. The craft cocktails are made to order using house squeezed juices, house made syrups and fine quality spirits, and there is no shortage of local craft beers and wines by the glass. After being seated at a long table, we scoured the drinks menu in search of some interesting things to try. One of our clients recommended an Elevator Wheat beer made by Coop Ale Works out of Oklahoma City, and that turned out to be a Hefeweizen-style frosty cold Adult beverage. Yum! The dinner menu had all sorts of interesting seasonal delicacies, and after some discussion around the table we ordered a few different appetizers before settling in to our main courses. We started with the usual bruschetta sampler, and a tasty cheese board; but my favorite appetizer had to be the Pickle Flight — the name made me curious, so I had to give it a try. The Pickle Flight turned out to be a sampling of in-house pickled veggies, pickled cage-free local eggs & olives combined with a variety of different pickles. It was certainly tasty, and quite the conversation starter. For my main course I enjoyed the Clipper Ship Chicken which was a generous helping of free-range chicken, sitting atop whipped potatoes, with carrots, spinach, and happily covered with a Cutty Sark beurre blanc sauce. Very different, and very yummy! Others in our group tried the smoked apple jam pork chop, chicken & waffles, seafood & smoked vegetable stew, The Vault pasta, and the potato-crusted salmon. We all gave this place two thumbs up, and agreed that this was a terrific place to eat and socialize over a terrific dinner.

Cute mid-century restaurant in an old bank. Their menu is classic 50s&60s food elevated and modernized. I had the grilled cheese with tomato soup, and they were accommodating to my request to leave the apple off my sandwich. The drink menu looked awesome but I was alone and I prefer drinking not-alone :) I only have a couple small complaints. Parking is super weird because all the nearby lots are permit-only. I drove around the block a couple times and found some metered parking across the street. When I arrived there were only 2 other people there, sitting at the bar(I got the idea that they worked there but we’re off the clock). I’m sure this place has a better vibe on the weekends when there are more people(I went on a Monday night). I would love to go back with friends on a more social evening!

Very good lunch and fast. Very reasonably priced. veggie wrap was delicious. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere is very kitschy and I loved it I would highly recommend it for lunch. Parking was very convenient and free which is a major plus. I from out of town and we as glad to have stumbled on this place.

I went here for an event, so I didn’t get to experience the whole menu and waiter situation, but what we had was great. We had a salad with spinach, apples, feta, and nuts and the Vault Pasta. These were both very good. We also has bite size carrot cake and chocolate dipped strawberries that were perfect. The staff we encountered were friendly and told us about the history of the building. The only negative is that we were in the upstairs space and it is hard to hear in there when there is a large group. It echoes and so it was tough to listen to people. I look forward to trying the Vault for a normal meal for sure!

In town for the Route 66 Half Marathon. Really enjoyed the décor which was very retro and tucked into an old bank building. What banker wouldn’t like that?! Brought me back to my early days in community banking. The service was great. The only downside to the evening was my food. It was a bit cooler than I would have liked. I had vegan Mac n cheese and I make my own version at home so I was excited to try theirs out. I was disappointed because it was bland and not creamy. The caramelized onions were actually burned and there was very little seasoning. On the bright side my husband’s food was hot and flavorful. He had the Vault Pasta and loved it. Hence the four stars. I didn’t drink but both of his cocktails were fantastic. Overall worthy of the four stars and we will go back when we next visit Tulsa.

Ugh. Another Restaurant Week disappointment. I’ve had The Vault bookmarked on Unilocal for a good year. When I saw that The Vault was doing Restaurant Week(and with their ribeye) = score! No. First of all, I didn’t know The Vault was so popular. My sister and I got there Thursday night at around 5:15. The hostess said there were no tables available and we’d have to sit outside on the patio in the 90+ degree weather or at the deposit slip tables by the window(why weren’t we offered the seats at the bar???). I figured all of the tables had been reserved, but by the time we left, all those tables were still empty, so that was kind of annoying. The deposit slip tables wouldn’t have been bad, but the chairs were too low for the height of the table, which made eating really awkward(also really annoying). I have a long torso and I was still uncomfortable. I don’t know how other people like eating there. Food was eh. — Appetizer was the spinach and apple salad, which wasn’t bad. Reminded me of Michael V’s Signature salad. — Main entrée was the ribeye with seasonal vegetables(kale and radishes, I think) and whipped potatoes. Potatoes were fine. The ribeye had a good crust, but it was SALTY. I also ordered it medium rare. It came out well done/medium well. It was still pretty juicy, luckily. Radishes were okay. The kale was SALTY. SOUNBELIEVABLYSALTY. Like, went they went to salt it, the lid of the salt shaker fell off and dumped a ton of salt in. I thought the ribeye was salty. NO. Not until I ate this kale. THIS was salty. If there was a slug nearby, I could’ve thrown this kale on it and it probably would’ve died. — Dessert = key lime pie, which was pretty good. It almost made up for the ridiculousness of the main entrée. Service was good. We were checked on multiple times and our waters were constantly refilled(DID I MENTIONHOWRIDICULOUSLYSALTYTHEKALEWAS). Another thing to mention(that I saw another Unilocaler say) was how incredibly loud it can get in there. I’m sure the bank was built for professional/inside voices — not for large(potentially drunken) parties. Things echo so, so loudly. Just throwing that in. All in all, The Vault was a disappointment. It has now been taken off my «Must try!!» list…

We started with the Quinoa Cakes and were very pleased with the flavor. The only complaint I have with these is they are quite small and only come three to a plate. I had the BLT and loved every bite. The bread was perfectly baked and toasted. The star of the meal was the Parmesan Grits! I could eat those by the gallon!

Went to the vault for dinner tonight. It is such a neat venue – it used to be an old bank, the décor is very retro as well. Cocktails are great, there is a large variety of wines by the glass and most are good. The food here is what is exceptional. I had scallops and my husband had the fish special – we both cleaned our plates. The chicken entrée is probably my favorite in town. Their veggies are cooked perfectly. The only thing I wish was that the space felt warmer; not sure if that makes total sense but it just doesn’t feel homey but then again it shouldn’t because it was a bank. The vault also has the Tom Tom room that is upstairs and is great for a private event. There is a bar on this floor as well. I have attended a few non profit events here and have loved it.

Yes. Yesssss. I was lucky enough to lunch at The Vault last week, and it was better than I could have expected. There were three of us and the wait was only five minutes or so, and I loved the bright, open feel of this place. Our server was wonderful and the entire lunch was just fantastic. I love the seven dollar lunch idea, especially since it will get you back to work within the hour. Everything looked amazing on that menu, but I couldn’t say no to the cobb salad. You guys, it’s a work of art. For $ 13, you got a salad full of free-range chicken, all natural local bacon, bleu cheese, avocado, pickled cage-free local eggs, red onion, and local cherry tomatoes on Romaine, with green Goddess dressing. It was so healthy, so colorful, so satisfying. Our server told us it’s the best salad in the entire city, and I agree completely. Can’t wait to get here on my next trip to Tulsa!

Ohhhh my lunch at The Vault was so good. First of all, the space is absolutely second to none. I love the atrium feel, thanks to the high ceilings and lots of light. Almost missed the crazy spiral staircase since I was sitting with my back to it — it’s a work of art. And of course, as someone who loves mid-century furniture and design, this place is a dream. The food was fantastic. I loved my kale Caesar — it was tangy and tasty, with enough dressing to soften up the kale but not too much. I could have eaten more, and the portion seemed a bit small at first, but it was actually probably just the right size. I ate every bite and was satisfied but not stuffed — what a concept! Next up, the service: helpful, friendly, funny. Present, but not overly so. Just right for my taste. That room upstairs is amazing too. Perfect for a smaller private party! Now I’m dreaming of an excuse to host a party in Tulsa!
