This truck is no longer at this location. I have no idea where it is.

I was on the hunt for amazing ribs in the Tulsa area and stumbled across this unassuming little trailer which shares a corner lot with a gas station. Don’t let the looks fool you. There’s a lot of smokey flavor packed into that little trailer and you’d be wise to try them out. This deserves my «Ho-Lee-Sheet» shout out. As of this post they are temporarily closed; I hope they are able to reopen very soon(fingers crossed).

This place knows how to make great BBQ. Everything on the menu is great! The guy working the truck was super nice and pleased to help us. Don’t go to Rib Crib for go BBQ, go to Watts!

Good BBQ. I don’t think the sides are the best, but the meat is very good. Service is fast and very friendly.

Just had Watts for the first time, and it is exactly what I expected from a food truck– no frills, just good food. We got two meals(three meat combo) with ribs, bologna, hot link, smoked chicken, and pulled pork, with coleslaw and beans. The ribs were great– fall off the bone tender and surprisingly moist for being already cut and toward the end of the day. The dry rub on them was good– they didn’t even need sauce. The hot link was really good as well– definitely lives up to the name… it was spicy. The bologna and pulled pork were good– exactly what i was expecting for these. The smoked chicken had a good flavor, but was a little dry(not bad for chicken breast though). The beans were good– different than other beans I have had in the past. It was a mix between chili and barbecue flavor, with big chunks of meat in it. Coleslaw was not bad, but a little sweet– I prefer it to be vinegary… personal preference though. The hot barbecue sauce has a really good flavor, but a dab will do ya. We are pretty picky about barbecue and this place was solid– definitely worth stopping in. If you order the hot link or the hot barbecue sauce, be sure to get an extra drink or make sure you have plenty of beer at home to wash it down with, you will need it.

I’ve drivin by the Watts trailer for years and have alway wondered. Now I slap myself for not trying them sooner. I’m a BBQ snob and literally eat BBQ in every city I travel to from coast to coast. Watts BBQ is legit. Owners are friendly, gratful for your visit and hospitable. Ribs were fall off the bone tender and juicy. Not as much smoke ring as I normally like, but enough to give flavor. The rub crust was excellent, one of the better I’ve had. Cole slaw was unremarkable. I’m not normally a cowboy bean fan,(i like my beans sweet) but I found myself really liking these. The sauce was surprising. Kind of a cross between a glaze and a mop sauce. Very sweet yet piquant, which i liked a lot. seating is a couple of outside picnic tables, but that gives it a more authentic BBQ feel. This is a definite must try for the true BBQ fan.

I had driven by this little trailer for over a year and finally decided to try it. Wow it is some awesome BBQ from a small trailer! It is just a matter of time before Watts is a full size restaurant. Try the potato salad.
