When I first entered the Wink salon I was very excited to get my lashes done for my wedding day! I was on time for my appointment and no one was there. About 5 minutes later the receptionist arrived with a very«could care less» attitude. I refused to let that ruin my experience because I was very excited to be there. When I was brought back I asked the stylist how long she had worked there and she said 1 year. After she finished my lashes they were beautiful but the were nothing like I had expected them to be, I thought they would be much more dramatic and full and they were just kinda sparse and thin but still noticeable and pretty. After returning from my honeymoon and booking my first fill I was switched to another stylist due to availability. At this point I asked in general conversation how long she had been doing lashes and she replied a few months but they are required to say they have been there over a year. WHAT?! That was my first red flag. After my fill my lashes looked incredible! I was so dissappointed that my lashes couldnt look like that for my wedding day! They were much fuller and noticeable! After several fills with the same stylist I started to notice that my lashes were falling out WAYTOFAST. I had not changed my face wash I had not changed my mascara, medications, no extra stress .I had not changed anything! The staff at wink kept hinting that it couldnt be them and it MUST have been me. After throwing a fit because my lashes fell out 2DAYS after my fill they decided to have me come back in and give me a fill on the house. At that point in time I was honestly believing that it was MY fault. I came in for the«free fill» and the SAME thing happened! MY stylist then told me I needed an extended fill to «get back to where I was». So I did, I got an extended fill and within 3DAYS they were falling out horribly! I had just paid $ 60FORANEXTENDEDFILLANDITWASFALLINGOUT! Eventually I called Extreme Lash which is the corporation they use to buy their lashes! Extreme Lash basically told me it was my stylist not using enough glue or something in that area they could not give me an exact answer because they did not personally know the stylist. Understandable! I then asked for a master stylist to give me a fill 3 days after my EXTEDEDFILLTHAT I PAID $ 60FOR. She filled my lashes with no problem and then charged me antoher $ 40 for having to fill my lashes!!! THISWASTHEIRSTYLIST messing up and within ONEWEEK I paid $ 100 for THEIR mistakes!!! At this point I was completely heartbroken to let my lashes go because the master stylist did a GREAT job and they FINALLY lasted but this place robbed me of SOMUCHMONEY for their own stylists mistakes I could not bare to return. Just like all the other reviews state… customer service was horrible and the receptionist was just always cold and rude. :(

I’ve been going to Wink for 8 months, and have finally decided to change boutiques. The women who work there are generally not very polite, and customer service training doesn’t seem to be a priority. I decided to finally move after my stylist quit… I relocated to the Midtown salon initially after she left, where I was very disappointed with the reception from the employees. I’m also 28 weeks pregnant, and their beds are so uncomfortable that I had to leave an appointment early. There was no possible solution offered, and the stylist wasn’t willing to try to work around the pillow I brought for comfort. I am now going to try Last Bloom Salon, where even the receptionist was markedly more helpful and courteous.

Wink is great. I’ve gone every 2 – 4 weeks since they opened and couldn’t be happier. I’m very fair and have an allergy to mascara, so my pale short eyelashes were always invisible. Eyeliner looked stupid without visible lashes, so I couldn’t really wear anything at all. Now, I have very natural looking eyelashes that never need mascara, curling, or liner. I couldn’t be happier. I go to the Wink in Jenks, but both are owned by Stacy. They have very high standards with the women they hire and do a lot of training, and that sets them apart from other eyelash salons. The brand they use is only sold to approved salons, so you won’t run the risk of going somewhere that was just able to buy lashes because they have an aestheticians license. I’ve been in there before when victims of other salons have come in for removal and redo. Thank goodness I’ve never had that problem. Love my lashes. Thanks, Wink.

Very disappointed. I had listened to all the hype about this place being great so I booked an appointment with them. Paid $ 200 for a full set. The lashes were very heavy and seemed clumpy. After about 2 weeks over half the lashes had fallen off and they just looked a mess ;(it would have cost me over a $ 100 per month for them to «stay perfect.» I decided it was not worth it. I have now found another place(will leave a review for them) and the price was better and cheaper to maintain. The lashes were not as heavy on my eyes and they look good enough to get a fill every three weeks instead of two. I am leaving a review because I expected more and was very disappointed in the service I received.
