I got sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, and cheese wontons. It’s what you would expect from a Chinese delivery place. There’s just a huge pile of fried chicken(no pineapples or green peppers). The wontons are greasy and filled with cream cheese(what I wanted). The only thing that disappoints me is that the sweet and sour is severely watered down, not thick and gooey like it should be. Delivery took about 45 min which didn’t bother me.

Used to order here at least 4 times a month with average customer service and pleasant delivery drivers. Last receipt was keyed incorrectly and charged me $ 127.70 instead of $ 12.70 before tip. I was assured it would not be keyed until it was signed, where I corrected the amount, but the $ 127.70 came out anyway. While it was returned eventually, I was out that large amount for a week, which was a huge personal inconvenience when I needed it. I was not offered any compensation; instead I had to ask and they begrudgingly offered 15% off one order. Inadequate in my opinion. Sadly will not be ordering here again.

Used to love ordering from this place. The last time we ordered they accused us of using someone else’s Debit card other than our own. Tonight, the driver apparently made a mistake on the dollar amount that my card was run for. A $ 10 error on his part. They called me at 10:15 at night, 3 ½ hours after delivery of our food, to tell me they were going to charge the $ 10 error to me. Will not go back. They have done nothing but try to rip me off and accuse me of using a fake card. I’m done! I will be calling the BBB and file a claim with my bank if they attempt to change the charge on my card.

Food was above adequate — we tried chicken & snow peas and pork lo mein, both personal favorites. Both were tasty but not special. Egg drop soup was essentially tasteless. Egg rolls got high marks for being non greasy. Portions are huge: taking previous reviews seriously, we ordered combo plates, thinking portions would be smaller. One would have fed the two of us. Delivery time was exactly as promised, and food was piping hot. Two ate for $ 20 including sodas, delivery and tip.

Today would make it the fourth time that I have ordered delivery from Wok Wok. I have been here in town for business for the past 5 weeks. I am at the Holiday Inn express in downtown, so I assume that the location is a little bit off. The first time I ordered they said an hour for delivery! I was a bit shocked, but famished so I waited. I was a little concerned because the person on the phone seemed a little rude and distracted… but when the food arrived all my apprehensions were relieved! The food was pipping hot! and the portions where huge I at the left overs for two days! I always ask for extra hot when I order, so they just got use to giving me chili on the side. If your close by give it a try!!! enjoy

The food was so-so but the service was poor. It was Valentine’s day so I decided to order in rather than try and find a restaurant out of my hotel. They told me an hour and it was nearly two before my food arrived. Apparently, someone from the same hotel placed a big order and mine had to wait until theirs was done. Lemon chicken is usually breaded, not fried in a puffy batter. Some of the pieces tasted more like fish than chicken.

I ordered delivery from here a couple hours ago. The service was on-time(45 minute wait), and the food was as expected. There is a TON of it as well, so you could probably split one dish between two people very easily, even if you never touched the rice. I had General Tso’s, my partner had Veggie Lo-Mein(both ~$ 6). Their Tso’s runs sweeter than I’m used to, and not as spicy as I would like, but it’s still good Chinese nonetheless. The driver and the phone operator were both friendly as well. Basically, if you feel lazy and not at all like cooking or going out, Wok Wok can be hit up for some pretty good Chinese at a reasonable price.
