I recently had someone back into my car and took it to Bernie’s, not only does my car look better than it ever has before, but they really fought hard with my insurance company that was trying to insist on using used parts. I really appreciate them for going the extra mile and delivering such a beautiful end result.

«My car was hit by a city bus and the insurance company decided it wouldn’t be totaled since it was a newer car. Bernie’s had it looking just like brand new even though they had to fight the insurance company every step of the way. They kept me updated on what was happening and when there was a small problem with the seats ability to move, which went unnoticed for several months, tjhey immediately fixed it free of charge. Excellent service, excellent warranty and very nice people to work with.

I hit a curb on Thanksgiving and took my car to Bernie’s. They took it apart and quoted me around $ 5,000 to fix it.
I don’t have that kind of money lying around, so I declined and drove my car home.
I found all of the replacement parts that I needed for only $ 600 and called Bernie’s to see if they could put it together for me.
The new quote came to $ 3,000. That’s $ 3,000 for labor. No paint. No parts.
At $ 200 an hour for labor, they are saying that it will take them 15 HOURS to install a radiator, skid plate, and front fascia/​bumper.
Bernie’s might do good work, but it will also break your bank to find out.
