Guess the weight of your yogurt… get it for free… how fun. Great flavors… love the pineapple Dole-Whip.

Love this place! Stop here once or twice a week! Great flavors, great toppings, friendly staff! Not sure what that other reviewer was complaining about, I’ve never had any issues with sample cups, and I’ve guessed the weight and won free FroYo before.

Seriously, nobody has written a review for this crappy place? Come on, Tumwater. Okay, whatever. Bad first experience. Yes, frozen yogurt is delicious, but Lime Berry is just a terribly run, dysfunctional business. I knew that the other Tumwater location off of Old 99 was going to close just like I know that this location will soon close. The service is slow and mediocre and the layout of the establishment prevents people from quickly accessing their products. It is a ridiculous design that forces new arrivals to wait for a ridiculous amount of time for people to get their fro yo and move out of the way, because the layout allows them to block multiple flavors at the same time. …and again with the fucking sample cups! «May I have a sample cup?» «Sure! What do you want to try?» …as the lone employee leaves his position behind the counter, with the intent of personally providing me with a sample, rather than allowing me to do it myself. «Uh…» I replied. I almost walked out right there. I am a fucking adult! Just give me a sample cup, so I can quickly try this stuff without having your dumb ass in the way! Not to mention the fact that there was only one employee and he would actually LEAVE the cash register area if you asked for a sample of something. Who does this?! On what planet is this an acceptable thing do to?! Every single frozen yogurt business I have been to has sample cups readily available for customers. None of them act weird about allowing you to sample their products. In addition, they do not have a good selection or variety of toppings and their pricing is WAY off. I paid over $ 11.00 for what normally costs around $ 7.00 or $ 8.00 anywhere else. Seriously, this is TOO expensive for average frozen yogurt at a business that is subpar. Then they allow you to arbitrarily guess the weight of your frozen yogurt — acting like this is something that is possible to do — but don’t provide you with any rules or specifications, other than«Guess the weight and you could get your frozen yogurt for free!» I guessed 13 ounces and my frozen yogurt weighed 13.2 ounces. «Oh, so sorry. You were close.» Bullshit! If you’re going to play this stupid mental game with customers, then anybody who comes that close to guessing the correct weight should definitely receive something. What a dumb thing to do. It’s offensive and demeaning. I don’t know what they are thinking. Whoever owns this businesses can’t be too smart because a lot of these issues could be resolved if the proprietors had any common sense and knew how to operate a good business. Instead, I highly recommend people visit Menchie’s at the Capital Mall. They are much better.
