Decided to give this place a try. I was not disappointed. Excellent Italian hoagie. Not only was it great, it was enormous! Dinner and lunch the next day.
If you are in Tunkhannock, make sure to give Downtown Deli a try.

Tunkhannock, PA
Hoagies the way they’re supposed to be done! Major meat & cheese. Lettuce not used as a «filler». These hoagies are heavy! Remember when they were always made that way? Downtown Deli does! Breakfast here is the bomb! I would eat here daily if I could. They close early — 5’ish. So hurry! You won’t regret it.
