Ice cream: awesome! Customer service: not so much. About 2 weeks ago we had a specific flavor. And today, I called to inquire as if they still had the flavor and was adamantly told that they’d not had the flavor for 5 months! When I reiterated that we had just has it two weeks prior, I was told I must be mistaken — I just love it when a business is willing to call someone (who is a loyal paying customer) a liar rather than taking the time to check their inventory and the facts!

Love ice cream and B and R has the best. No ice milk here just rich creamy real ice cream. The two hand packed qts for $ 10 is good

I loooove this place! The staff is young and friendly. I get two types of ice cream with fresh bananas and nuts! Mmmmm! Pretty reasonable prices! They also have one dollar scoop days!

Great ice cream, fast service, friendly employees. In case you didn’t know – last I checked, every Tuesday from 5 pm to close you can get a kids scoop for $ 1 and a regular scoop for $ 1.50. Pretty awesome if you ask me :-)

Ice Cream… is there anything ever bad with this? Baskin Robbins seems to have lost much of it’s clientele to Ben & Jerry’s or Cold Stone, but this Turlock location is always busy. Winter or Summer it’s always packed with singles, couples, children and families. And for those that don’t know Raspberry sherbet has been discontinued. On any day it’s good to see that old skool still lives on… sugar cone & a scoop of mint chocolate chip yum :)
