Love breakfast here! Chile verde omelet, huevos rancheros are so good! This bugs though, they close at 3pm but start mopping around 1−130pm so smelling cleaning solvents while trying to enjoy your food is not cool … go early

Came here because Unilocal reviewers said it was great. They were correct. The place is super clean, the wait staff very friendly and helpful, portions were huge, the flavor was amazing, and the prices were very Reasonable. My new favorite place in Turlock!

Is this cindys or a buffet, because they have a variety of items to choose from. Is this cindys or a five star restaurant in New York? The service is excellent, the food is on par, the waiting time is quick, and overall vibe of the place is great. Is it an American diner, or Mexican restaurant? Why not both? This place is up to par and definitely coming back again.

Here for breakfast and am very pleased with the reception and service with a smile. Suzie my server is very friendly and attentive. The menu has it all ! Even has some great specials plus a senior menu. Looking through the menu, the lunch has everything, ok no roasted aardvark but it covers most items one could want. I travel through Turlock frequently but usually am on the go so I don’t get to stop. This morning I’m having a traditional American breakfast of potatoes with eggs, bacon and sourdough toast. Awesome!

The BEST lil Mexican/​American diner in Turlock! We are regulars along with 90% of the rest of their customers. The food is ALWAYS made to perfection and the waitresses go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality service! They give huge portions so be ready to eat. No one can beat their prices for good food!

My boyfriend and I tried this restaurant for lunch and we were not disappointed! Despite how busy it was the staff was on top of everything. The place was clean and the service, as stated before, was really great! And the food… so delicious. I got a French dip that had tender meat and wasn’t greasy at all! definitely go here if you’re in the Turlock area

What a TREASURE! Such great service, marvelous food, fantastic prices, just like a big breakfast at Grandma’s House. Difficult parking, sometime 15⁄20 wait for table but so worth it. Once you are at that table its home cooking at its best! A big shout out for that fabulous comfort food that is so, so, so very, very, very good this 4 star gem is the place for huge portions and delicious eating!!!

First time coming here and I really like the variety and options. If you feel up to American or Mexican food you get both here. I went in for breakfast and I thought I wanted the traditional pancakes with eggs and bacon. Instead my husband got a Menudo that he said was amazing. I got a number 1 enchilada plate with rice and beans and it was also delicious. Enchilada had plenty of chicken in it and great flavor. The waitress was very nice., she was prompt and gave us what she knew we needed and we did not have to ask for anything. She was on top of it. I never saw the bottom of my coffee cup because she would notice when I was low and come refill. Awesome service and great food. I will coming back for more.

We came here for breakfast. This place is always great. When we come to Turlock in the morning, we stop here for breakfast. Everything is always good. From breakfast to dinner.
I got the chili Verde omelette. The wife got the enchilada breakfast. Mine was awesome the wife’s was amazing! That’s what I will be getting next time.
The staff is always great. The décor has been the same as long as I could remember. That’s not a bad thing. It’s always a comfortable place to go.

This place is a hidden gem. Finally got to try it and I’m extremely satisfied. Waiters cater to needs. Feel free to ask for your own needs even if it’s not on the menu. I ordered the small bowl of menudo and it was enough an delicious. This is probably the only menudo that tastes authentic that I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My bf got the country style breakfast (HUGE portion of country style gravy and bread) he didn’t even leave a dent on it. And he ordered lingüica, mushrooms and onions sautéed with was on point. Highly recommend! Super satisfied.

I love this place for breakfast! They have a $ 4.99 breakfast special Mon-​Fri 6am-​11pm. I love to order off there or even have some of their Mexican breakfast. Either way it is delicious and I recommend this place. I personally don’t like their side of fruit or their orange juice. Everything else I have tried is really delicious and I go here anytime I want to go out for breakfast. Inside it has a very «home» vibe.

Hey Cindy, ummm you need to purchase a cookbook and try and reinvent the wheel! The food wasn’t worthy to feed my pet. The gravy was bland, the tuna melt, well I will let the picture speak for itself, and thank you Costco for the potato salad. The only reason your busy is because you are in Turlock, population 100. Not sure what the hype is, but I’d like my money back.

I came to Cindy’s for lunch with some friends. I was greeted warmly, and told to sit wherever I wanted to. She took my drink order while I waited for the rest of our group to arrive.
I ordered a sandwich, but our server brought me a different sandwich. She graciously offered to take it back and have the kitchen make what I ordered. But I had my eye on the onion rings, and I didn’t want them to get cold while they fixed me a new sandwich.
I should have asked for a total do-​over. The onion rings were warm but not searing hot and fresh. My sandwich was pretty good, but nothing special.

The only reason I’m not giving that extra star is because my food was a bit under-​seasoned. Over all, the experience was great though. My sister and I came in and ate about 45 minutes from closing time, we weren’t rushed at all and the waitress was so wonderful and accommodating. I ordered the steak picado, which came with large portions of refried beans, rice, and tortillas. I just wish it would’ve been seasoned better and spicy like the menu said. I will be coming back though.

Whatever makes this place appealing is completely hidden to me. My wife and I sat down to eat in a nearly empty dining area at a sticky table that remained sticky even after the very jaded waitress «cleaned» it with a rag. My wife’s vegetarian omlette was very greasy, as was my tuna sandwich. After eating carefully while combatting a bunch of flies, neither of us finished our food. Our waitress ignored us as she help a few other customers and giggled with someone in the kitchen. When we eventually got our check, I felt very cheated. I’m not opposed to the divey look, but if you’re going to go cheap on the look of the joint, the food and customer service have to be great.

Stopped in for breakfast and found the place to be crowded, which we took as a good sign. We were seated quickly and it a diner atmosphere, but kind of on the small side. The waitress took our order and it was nice to have a good menu to choose from. Regular American breakfast or breakfast with a Mexican flair. The shredded beef and and egg enchilada was excellent! Coffee was good and I’m always a fan when they have the flavored creamers. It was reasonably priced and it was a decent place to go for breakfast.
