I’m also the shocked with the amount of 5 stars given. I rent a house and prior to move in there we’re several things that needed to be fixed. Come move in day and they were still not fixed. We looked past most of it but the spider problem was huge. I found 12 black widows through the house and when I called the third time they still did not care. They said that the pest control could not get ahold of us so that’s why they never came out. We received one call and one voicemail weeks later about them coming to spray. I called today about a plugged vent That we needed fixed ASAP or our dryer would break again. Not only did they not express any amount of concern she was short with me. Minutes later (the fastest they’ve ever been with returning a call) I got a very angry phone call from the «manager». She repeated to yell at me and said they refused to accept anymore of our work order over the phone if we weren’t less rude. She also said «her staff is on the edge of their seats each time we call because we scream at them.» I live with two other girls, if a 19 year old had your staff afraid to fix problems and converse over the phone you have bigger problems. Needless to say any more problems we have will be voiced in person, so that no more lies can be created.

This is THE property management company to go to. I can always rely on them to take care of our work orders in a timely fashion, usually within 24 to 48 hours. The staff is always friendly and Adrian is very professional, always willing to help out any way she can.

This is by far the best property management agency in town. They have always been professional and easy to deal with. They found me excellent tenants who are very reasonable and always pay their rent on time. When we had a maintenance issue at our house they responded right away and fixed the problem quickly.
