Starbucks

Walked in today with a line out the door. I was already in a hurry to get to work but you guys Rocked it. I was in and out in 10 mins. Great teamwork today! I know I can go back even when I’m pressed for time.

Best Starbucks on earth! The staff is so friendly and they remember you and you drinks.

Love this place ! But they need more workers in the AM some times I have to walk in and walk out :(

By far the best place to grab a cup of coffee, relax with friends, or get some studying done. Very clean, and the Baristas are kind and professional. I have never had a bad experience after visiting this Starbucks for the last nine years of living in the area!

They started cleaning the floors with strong chemicals while many of us were trying to enjoy breakfast at 8:30 am. I had to move which just made it worse because the girl cleaning just expanded here cleaning area and added more spray chemicals to the floor. It was gagging. A nice mom and her kids were also there and the mom asked if it was really necessary that they do that type of cleaning at that moment and she was basically told to go ask the other Starbucks employee if she would be willing to stop. I was lucky because I could leave but she had two younger kids and food and drinks to try and maneuver and basically had to at least stay until they could get most their food down.
I have to take chemical safety training at my place of business but as a customer I should not have to be exposed to the harsh chemicals that I am not informed of their dangers while I am eating. This was the type of cleaning that should be handled after the business is closed to customers. The only exception I would grant is if someone had been sick in that area which was not the case. The cleaning area subsequently widened as people tried to mover further away from the smell.
Manager, customers should never feel like they are in the way of your work they should feel like they are the reason for it. Starbucks is magic in so many ways and all the beauty happens behind the scenes so customers can receive great service during open hours and get a consistent experience from store to store.
I want to let other customers know that is was simple to find the number for customer care on-​line and they are very open to feedback. I was told the store manager and the district manager will both get a copy of my complaint and that this should not be the experience a customer should expect when visiting a Starbucks location.

Great service, clean restrooms, and plenty of seating. Good place to read a paper, work on a computer, or meet a friend. Wi-​fi/​Internet could be faster.

The friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to! They learn your name, they learn your kids names, they know what you typically order. I come here almost daily just before my kid gets out of school across the street, sometimes I bring my laptop and go over wedding detail with my maid of honor in Chicago, the baristas even know my wedding details!
Things can get chaotic around 8am til about 830 and again at 2:45 when the high school kids get out and it stays busy til about 330.
My only complaint? Not enough wall outlets to plug in your laptops. There are only 4 outlets in very random areas, but in case you were wondering there are 5 outlets on the ceiling. Yep, on the ceiling.

Aside from Amanda being the most evil, sloppy person to make me a coffee, this place can be ok if the manager is working.
Amanda burnt my soy latte so it smelled like refried beans and I could see the thermometer go way past where it should durring the froth, when i commented she said ‘it’s fine’ in a nasty voice.
Oh well cost Starbucks a lot of return business because of that. Too bad Queen Bean is all the way in Modesto…
update: been doing a lot better, can drink the coffee 75% of the time :)

I love Starbucks!!! This one is located next to the high school and elementary school so it gets pretty busy before and after school hours but they are always friendly and prompt with my order. I love the fact that they always write down my name/​order on the cup so there is no question about it. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since 2007. I’ve seen it grow over the years. It depends on what time of the day you come. It gets really crazy after school around 3:00 — 6:00 & minimum days. Sounds like a Mad House. Always Filled with after school regulars from the near by High school and elementary. Anytime is perfect for a pick up a drink n go. You’ll always have Fast, Friendly Service! Love this starbucks!!! My Fav!!!
