Druggies and car thieves all over the place. 3 vehicles were stolen (including my husband’s truck) in the 6 month period that we lived there! It has a pool area but it’s always invaded by hoodlums, that most of the time don’t even live at the complex, they destroy the furniture and leave cigarette butts & trash everywhere.
They allow smoking in the apartments, so most of them will smell like cigarette smoke no matter how many plug ins or candles you use. Also there is a cockroach problem. Never had any in my apartment, but saw them on the property and in laundry room :-(
