The service and convince of dinosaurs not to mention price gouging people living in rural areas for all they can get out of them! They are pretty greedy even for a utility company, hopefully one day we all have solar panels and can live without the likes of these low life!

What a joke! Have had a power outage the entire day. Just to call and get directed to an answering machine that says «experiencing a power outage in your area.» Oh really is that why none of my stuff works, DUH! How about a real person picks up and tells me whats going on and what they are doing to resolve the issue. Guess ill be eating out tonight and packing all my now room temperature food on ice (which ill have to go buy since all mine is half melted) and assume ill have power by tomorrow. Thanks again TID for some pretty lame service!
