The gentleman who helped us (Garfield) provided probably some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at a drive-​thru. Informative, friendly/​upbeat, and attentive.
It’s refreshing to have such a positive experience at a fast food place. Good work, Garfield and Taco Bell!

So I walk in to order food, and the first thing they tell me as I start to order is that cannot grill food.
How do you cook food? «We Steam it»
How is cooking beef and chicken at the needed fast rate in this method NOT get people sick or come down with E. Coli poisoning?
Not my go to eatery, most definitely be visiting again any time soon.

I had ordered a steak chalupa with no tomatoes due to my brother being allergic to tomatoes, it was through their drive-​thru around midnight. When I got home my brother was upset and thought I didn’t order correct but I had shown him the receipt that specifically said «No tomatoe». I called and spoke with the manager for the night Debbie, she was very very kind and understanding in the situation. She immediately offered another steak chalupa with no tomatoes this time and a drink or dessert that was on the house! We drove right back and picked up our order. Thank you Debbie for your great customer service!

Very good customer service. I had just gone through the drive-​thru and Carlton was in between a shift change. He came to the window to let us know he would be right with us and apologize. He even apologize again after getting our payment. He was a very friendly individual. The wait in general was a little too long even though there wasn’t a hug line ahead of us.

I would give this Taco Bell 5 stars but they’ve screwed up my order a couple times. Good food as far as a Taco Bell can go. Love all the Spicer foods they are coming out with. Keep the spice coming!

The worst Taco Bell in Turlock, completely unorganized. The cashier broke my debit card while aggressively sliding my card back and forth then their manage refused to speak to me and refused to even apologize. They continued to tell me «it’s okay you can just tape it» and asking «well what can we do about it» and when I asked can I at least get a free drink they refused.

Today I decided I will never be eating at TacoBell ever again. No, it’s not because I’m «trying to lose weight.» But it’s because I got the worst customer service ever at TacoBell. I work at a daycare center & I was asked to go buy soft tacos for the kids because we’re having a party today. Anyways, in the drive thru the cashier said «WOW 24 TACOS?! I’ve never seen anyone purchase so many.» I kindly told him that it’s for a daycare center. He closed the window and proceeded to talk with a coworker about how I’m «SO FAT.»
It’s funny because when I order 4 pizzas from Little Ceasers, nobody bats an eye, but TacoBell employees go ballistic for 2 taco 12 packs.
Thank you TacoBell on Geer in Turlock, CA. You will never be seeing me again. Horrible customer service.

I only like coming to taco bell if its late at nights and nothing better to eat its great for their 24⁄7 drive thru that’s about it but even then i had went in the drive thru ordered food and everything i ordered was with no meat and when i had gotten home and checked it had meat in it … great what a nice way to ruin my dinner

I feel so bad for the workers here. This place always seems to be busy, yet they still provide excellent customer service. Although you can tell many of them are exhausted, they still make an effort to smile at each other. I feel like they definitely work like a team here and have created family type bond. Keep up the good work and remember people they are working really hard to meet customer demand. Be patient!

I used to come here about twice a week. I really like the Cheesy Gordita Crunch but they NEVER drain the meat. Many times I have to use a napkin to get the grease off the meat but then all the sauce comes off too. My daughter gets the soft taco and I have to soak up all the grease before she eats it. Must be different cooks because until a few months ago it was never this greasy.
Maybe I will head across town next time and see it the other location is any better.

Been going here for years and love how they change there menu. I haven’t tried everything new here, but maybe one day if I’m in the mood for a Mexican food night.
All in all it’s been always a good experience a friendly attitudes every time I order something.

I love Taco Bell but I notice that my meal cost me 20 bucks and it should have only been 8 dollars at the most. I didn’t have cash so I let them run my debit card. Beware make sure your checking your receipt before you leave. Especially those of you college kids going through there at 2 or 3 am after pirating and having too much to drink.

I’ve eaten at this location quite a few times and have not had a complaint. However, I went in this morning for a lil breakfast for me and my family. Took my order to go and when I got home and opened my food it looked horrible!!! My wife was furious so she took it back. She dealt with a VERY RUDE manager named Anita. This manager tried to strong arm my wife and realized real quick that she made a mistake. Long story short… This mishap could have been dealt with real easy with a remake but due to this so called professional we will never eat there again. What is saddest of all is that this manager is the example setter for the rest of these other employees there who do their jobs with pride!!!

This is my favorite Taco Bell around. I feel like the food tastes better than others that are fairly close. The employees are nice and they are so quick to get out the food. I appreciate the warm welcomes and the cleanliness of the place. My favorite things to order are the meal deals!

This taco bell was pretty badass. The cashier was shocked that I came in with such great coupons. I pretty much ordered everything off the dollar menu an five other things in pairs because it was buy one get one free. Then I played some dice and left. This place rocks!

This location is ALWAYS busy, but they’re very fast. Food is always good and cheap. One of the cashiers asked me for my ID one time when I was paying with my credit card, and I think it’s great that he checked! :)
