This tiny place was better than I could ever have imagined. When I walked in, I had no expectations considering I had just learned about it 20 minutes before driving up. I am being honest when I say that they have *the* best deal in town. For just $ 6 you can get a 3 piece catfish plate with fries, 2 pieces of bread, and a drink. You just can’t find a better deal than that. This is seriously my new go-to place for lunch and dinner.

10⁄10 would come again. This place is tiny. I mean, teeny-weeny. There is virtually no space to dine in. Sure, they have about 4 or 5 tables that seat about four people each. But it is so crammed and hot in there that you might as will take your food to go. There’s a nearby park if you want to make it a picnic. Other than that, this place is virtually liquid gold. I mean, it’s all about business. Business in the front, business in the back. Catfish is a popular go to item here, though they do sell a couple of other different types of fish. They also sell boneless and traditional wings. You have the option of getting a whole fish, or fillets. Now, what’s important know about the whole fish is that they are not going to filet it in any way for you. So be ready to get down and dirty. The fillets are a decent size for what you get. I went with the 10 piece based on the description the cashier gave me. I thought they would be like chicken nuggets. But no, there was enough food for brunch, an afternoon snack and a light dinner. Seasoning is fabulous on the catfish. Louisiana style. Also, it seems like they rotate out the cooking oil on a regular basis. And you get the Wonder Bread-like slice(I bet you a million bucks that it is, indeed, the Wonder Bread brand). They have a bunch of desserts. Standard Sunday post-church fare. And the lunch special, which extends late into the day, is an amazing offering given the less than $ 10 pricing on it. Plus, the place sells all kinds of punch(or dranks, depending on where you’re from). This is soul food style home cooking. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Cheap and fresh! Their wings and catfish are really good. My favorite thing to order is jalapeño ranch wings and hurricane for drink($ 6.99 w/drink) BTW It’s hard to get parking or a table so I get it to go.

Best Fish in town! Yes it is a out of the way place with little or no seating but it’s so good I will get it and set on the tailgate and eat if I have to. If you want some fried fish that is hard to beat then don’t miss out on this jewel. ALSO, the jalapeño ranch wings will make you forget about the fish. They are best you will ever have around here.

Always a must stop when I’m in town. Catfish always cooked perfectly. Crisp, nice sized pieces. Wings are always good too. Tried the new jalapeño ranch wings and fell in love. Can’t wait to go back. Could easily add a start for how good the food is, but I would love to see more menu items. Not worried about it being a hole in the wall, they usually produce the best food!!!

If you like fried catfish, this is your place! The fried fish was perfect – crispy on the outside while soft & juicy inside. The lunch specials are very reasonable. You can choose 3 pieces of catfish or trout, fries & drink for $ 6. The menu beyond that is pretty limited. There are no accompanying vegetables to choose from – strictly catfish, wings & fries. It’s a simple cement building with not a lot of ambiance, so likely better to get your food to-go, although there is a small section for dining. I would definitely go back – and likely very soon!

Catfish Heaven… at first has a LOT going for it, small, hole in the wall, out of the way location, parking lot filled, crowded inside, simple«décor», basic menu, great prices, friendly staff… what could go wrong here… the food. I am a bit of a catfish snob. I grew up in Mississippi where folks REALLY know how to cook catfish. These nice folks just don’t quite get it right. soggy fries, soggy catfish with little flavor… I’m sad, cause I really wanted to love this place… next.

Crowded little place in out of way location. told me it was gonna be good, big lunch crowd, had three pieces of fried catfish, fries and drink(on two slices of white bread) for 4.99, can’t beat it, and it was good… just was passing thru and found this gem with my GPS.
