Back Nine Greens – Tustin

Great customer service and great SYNLawn product. We went with the new 90 oz. weight and love it, looks and feels like real grass. Thom met with me and did a great job explaining the product, the installation process and every detail I may need to know. The crew was very experienced and I appreciated that Dave stopped by to check on the progress. I will highly recommend Back Nine Greens to all my friends and neighbors in my community.

Back Nine did an outstanding job and helped me differentiate different turf, both their own and competing companies. The turf is in and looks beautiful. Matt was especially helpful during the process. The installers arrived on time and were professional and friendly.

The rep for Back Nine Greens was courteous and professional and prompt. The installers did a great job and the grass looks better than all my neighbors with artificial turf. It was a very simple process and the job was done right. There was a minor issue but they came back right away and fixed the problem and I am a satisfied customer.

I would not use this Company for putting greens. I solicited three bids from local OC companies. I wanted to use Back Nine and saved their bid for last. The rep was terrible. He Refused to provide a written bid said it cost him money to do it and then alleged we would steal his design ideas even though I told him I already had two detailed bids and his was last. I was shocked because we live in a nice neighborhood and not really the kind of area where people even think of stuff like that. It was bizarre. The rep refused to provide anything in writing but an email with just general terms. I would not hire a company who wont provide a written estimate with detail project terms. I just wont work with construction companies who wont back up their verbal sales job. I went with another company who provided a detailed bid, with design plan and warranty. In the end, I had a great experience with another OC company. Don’t get fooled by Back Nine.

Did a nice job putting turf I my backyard. Bad review is because they need to replace a section that melted and it’s been almost a year since I first called them and still waiting. They took a while to get out to check it. Then a while till they tried brushing it to avoid replacing. Then a while to come measure the area to be replaced. And now a while till they actually schedule it
I’m always the one tracking them down. Never get calls to update me on the status. If I wouldn’t call it for sure wouldn’t happen. And even now I’ll be shocked when it does get replaced.

Back Nine Greens did a wonderful job on my back yard! They were quick and efficient! I only gave them a 4 because they left my backyard a mess, three days before a 4^th of July party. All in all, I would recommend them!
