Bina’s Threading

I went here right when it opened and I was so excited to have a place close to my work since my eyebrows require a lot of regular maintenance. My experience was painful and long. There was no on in the place, the workers appeared to be bored with life. Once she started she was painfully slow and really had no clue what she was doing. I have thick and easy to shape eyebrows but it does take someone who knows what they are doing to get a good outcome. They not only butchered my eyebrows but they managed to cut me and leave a mark that stayed for days. I broke out as well. maybe they should wash their hands more or something because that’s the only time this is happened from threading. Avoid this place!

i went yesterday to just get a touch up– told her not to change my eyebrow shape. but it was done and my eyebrows are now shaped differently from eachother. im very picky with my eyebrows and i am upset by that. also she wasn’t very meticulous about double checking if she got all the hair, etc.

I wanted to write this review back in February but i was tied up on vacation … I went in and saw «REEMA» i told her i only wanted a clean up because i was leaving to Cancun in 3 days. I normally go to Eyebrow beauty in Brea but my lazy ass didn’t want to drive… BIG MISTAKE! i She started off slow and as someone walked in she was almost instantly done. She showed me her final result have been having my brows threaded since i could remember and there was no arch they looked completely chopped and messy… She said i needed to grow out more hair on the corners toward my nose… trying to distract me from seeing my whole eyebrow had been ruined. I told her to fix it and she rushed me out of the chair. I had to drive all the way to Brea, which i should done to begin with. They tried to fix it but were surprised to see the kind of job «REEMA» had done. I called the salon the next day and had to speak with the manager… she was not there and the girl who picked up didn’t speak English… That is really important that u have an English speaking person to answer customer complaints. She then gave the phone to a customer and i had to give her my info… so who ever managed the store would contact me back. I’m still wait for that call. I would give them a — 0 stars if Unilocal allowed us to do so… If u want to redo your brows and drive somewhere else after you come here knock ur self out. I unfortunately didn’t look at there reviews. I will also post a picture of my done job!

Its so sad that you go to a place to get your eyebrows done, feeling pretty before and then feeling that you look like a monster after.
My wife got here eyebrows threaded and now for an entire week following, everywhere surrounding her eyebrows is FULL of pimples. She doesn’t even have courage to go out in public because of how terrible the breakout is. She was even getting her eyebrows done to look good for a job interview and now she is worse off.
The woman who attended her was full of acne herself. We’re not sure what exactly caused the breakout; if it was a reused thread or if it was the cream that they apply after the threading. Either way, will will not be going back to Bina’s.

Nice place. Very clean. 16 $ for brow n lips. Would come here again
