Karen is an absolute delight to work with. She is high energy with lots of creative ideas. She addressed our invitations and created and did our escort cards. She also did our cocktail napkins. Super easy to work with and a quick turnaround time. We received tons of compliments on her work. It really does take your wedding to that next level of detail. She worked with our budget and would use her again.

I had found Karen on Unilocal and her pricing was great because I had 160+ invitations to address, we scheduled a week for her to address my invites because I had so many. I told her I would call her once my invitations came in.
Then a huge snow storm happened on the east coast and my invitations were lost. After they found them they were damaged and had to be reprinted. By the time I received my invitations they were 3 weeks late and I had missed my scheduled week with Karen. However Karen said «Don’t worry I will make time for you». Through the entire process she was an angel, she could tell how frustrated I was with the storm and print company and just kept reassuring me that as soon as she received my envelopes she would get to work. She not only addressed all the invitations but did it so quickly because I was short on time. I would definitely use Karen again. She’s awesome and a sweetheart!

Karen was very professional and kind. She calligraphed our wedding invitations that came out stunning. I am a bride on a budget and she has one of the best prices around. I now see that there is a «check in» offer to receive 20% off — I wish she would have mentioned that to me as we even discussed the benefits of Unilocal for business. Also, I didn’t catch it until we were stamping and stuffing the envelopes, but she would interchangeably use «no.» «Number» and «#» for people’s addresses, when I specifically asked her to follow my list of names/​addresses exactly as I had them written — all spelled out, no abbreviations. I would advise to put extra emphasis on how you want things from her.
Her turnaround was faster than even she estimated. I think I dropped them off on a Saturday and picked them up the following Thursday.

Karen is great! She addressed my engagement invitations for me in less than 3 days and they were perfect! Her prices are extremely competitive.

I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful Karen is! She is so sweet, so professional and so reasonably priced! Don’t let the fact that she did the programs for Michael Jackson’s funeral fool you (and yes, that is an amazing fact about her!), her prices are great and she will work with your needs. I intended on only going to her for my invitations but I will be going back to her for my place cards and anything else I may need written out for my wedding. If you need a calligrapher you absolutely cannot go wrong with Karen!

Karen’s amazing — she’s truly talented, professional, dependable and a very pleasant and curtious person to work with. She’s reasonably priced and doesn’t add on nickel and dime charges for silly «extras» like other calligraphers. I would use her again in a heartbeat!

I can’t believe I was so lucky to find Karen! Our son is graduating from college so I wanted the announcements to be extra special… and they turned out just lovely… I highly recommend that you consider using calligraphy for your special events and insist you call Karen!
