Divine Threading Studio

I love this place, however some of the girls do a better job than others. I have only experienced the eye brow threading and tinting. I usually bring my son, who is almost two and they are always so sweet with him and have toys for him to play with. If they are not to busy they will also play with him. They very reasonable in their pricing and have a weekly coupon that comes out along with a card they stamp every time you go, 10^th one is free :)

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and Renuka is amazing! I am super picky and she takes her time making sure my eyebrows are perfect– plus an added bonus, she gives a super relaxing forehead massage! I keep coming back just for her!

Mistakenly check in to this place–
I’m not too happy with the service for the following reasons:
1. Spoke to me in Spanish for additional charge –I told her I’m not Spanish
2. My brows were uneven –her technique is different – she does one side of the lip and one side of the brow– interesting –I never experience this before –normally the left and the right side of the lips will be done 1^st and the same with the brows left side and then the right side– and not all right sides for brows and lip and all left sides for brows and lip;
3. Didn’t clean the hair residue on my eyes area
4. I’m the client but she’s busy talking to another client and co-​worker
Like I said it was my mistake coming in to this place; (I’m suppose to be in the other side of the Street);
Lesson learned –

Two stars for the friendly staff & because I have a soft spot when it comes to writing reviews. Two stars also because I have been coming here for years due to the fact it is located right next to my house and they typically do an OK job. It’s usually a pretty rushed process which is fine as long as my eye brows at least look even after– which was not the case last time I went in (a few days ago). I like to keep my eye brows thick due to the fact they are very light before I fill them in. I hadn’t gotten my eye brows done for over a month because I was growing them out! Sad to say all that wasted time of bushy eye brows led to an extremely bad threading job. She did it in about a minute– no wonder they came out like this. Really upsetting that I’m going to have to fill my eye brows in until it grows back evenly. Here’s to another 2 months of the grueling growing-​out-​your-​eyebrows process.
Ps. Pictures don’t do it justice. My left eye brow has a bald spot in the middle.

Renu at station #3 offers exceptional service. She is very friendly and also is very mindful of always asking exactly what you want. She only works a few days a week so make sure to call to ensure she is there. Another great service she offers is bikini waxing.

This place is the best!!! I live in the Bay now, but must come back here every time I visit home. Every person I’ve gotten has never disappointed. I always ask for an arch and it is on point. I usually judge an eyebrow place by the sharpness of the string against my skin and how hard the threader pulls out the hair; usually the more sharper and more painful = the better the eyebrow comes out. Lol This place passes the test every time!

I’ve been coming here for years to get my eyebrows threaded and have never been disappointed. Everyone there is very friendly and they always do a great job in a quick, timely manner. I highly recommend this threading studio.

So grateful I found this place! It’s really hard to find an eyebrow place that’s consistent and I can say I finally found one here. It doesn’t matter what day or time I stop by or even who works on my brows, I always get the results I want. All the ladies are so sweet and equally skilled in what they do. I love that whenever I go, I’m in and out with no issues and the prices are awesome. I hope they stay in business forever because I don’t trust anyone else with my brows! :)

Came back for a Brazilian and was taken care of in a timely manner. I made an appointment, but this store is open to walk-​ins! Everything took about 15 minutes. Thanks Daxa for taking care of me!

Renu is literally «DIVINE» with the turnout of my eyebrows everytime I come! She’s my go to lady, I refuse to service with anyone else cuz she’s likeTHEE BEST! She takes her time with you and listens to your needs, converses with you and shows a great deal of care. By far the best threading salon in Tustin. Lots of additional services they offer, which I ran into Harshi (also another awesome lady) that did my henna for the first time today. I am in LOVE! She did an amazing job on my henna. Great prices on all their services but the outcome always makes you feel like you underpaid lol. Literally going to add henna service to my biweekly services here. These ladies here are phenomenal women. Not your typical eyebrow ladies you meet at an average shop. Love love love.

It’s out of my way but I always go here because it’s cost effective. Ladies are friendly and definitely do an
amazing job.

I will never come back. Service was subpar, communication was terrible, and I got something completely different from what I had asked for, but once the first patch of hair was removed, it was already too late. The service person was inconsiderate and jabbed at my skin repeatedly. My skin is still irritated a day after..

The ladies that work here are very friendly and the studio is very clean. My favorite threaders are on the right of the studio.

I’m most definitely a regular here.
The ladies here really know how to treat my brows right. They’re all sweet and give you a little eyebrow/​forehead massage afterwards.
I always purchase their booklet which includes 12 eyebrow threading sessions and a few other wax treatments for $ 48. If you use the booklet for the eyebrow threading only, you end up only spending $ 4 each time for a threading. Definitely a steal! Regular pricing for eyebrow threading is $ 7.
Being a San Diego resident, I always make sure to stop by this threading studio on my way back down from the OC. Never head home without a visit to my friends at Divine. And they’ve got free coffee and water bottles in the little fridge by the window.

I like the way Neeta does my eyebrows. She is very professional, and very sweet to me. She greets me when I come in. The place is very clean. I would recommend everyone to use Neeta. She is the best.

RENU is the best! Divine is a typical threading salon in a stripmall.
I’ve gone to many threading places and must say this is my favorite! Renuka is awesome! she’s super gentle, friendly and also always listens to what I want. Only to «clean up» my brows not make them thin! Fast and friendly service with great prices! I’ll be a return customer as long as I live in the area :)

Worst threading EVER!
I came in on a whim, having looked at the previous reviews and thought «Hey, why not?» It was a Tuesday and they have a $ 6 threading special! Bonus… but no. Got in quickly and things looked to be kept clean. The girl took maybe hmmmmmm 30 seconds on my brows. At any other time, this hastiness would be great but the outcome… HORRIBLE. Granted they were thin to begin with but she managed to make them ridiculously thin AND miss tons of outlying hairs. How does that happen??? Customer service– non-​existent. Barely said two words to me except try to sell me on an upper lip threading. Didn’t even offer me a mirror after. Just immediately turned to her fellow coworkers and continued their conversation in Hindi. So rude. Like I said, WORST EVER.

The price is excellent ($ 7), but the quality was just all right.
The positives:
+ Least painful threading I’ve ever had. Didn’t hurt at all!
+ Speedy
The improvements:
+ When I was given a mirror to look at my eyebrows, there was still hair in the middle. Like obviously. Not hiding, but it was there.
+ The sides were a wee bit uneven. I didn’t want to seem annoying, so I let this one go.
Tips:
Visa or MasterCard or cash. No American Express. Fortunately, I had just enough on me. I’m not a cash carrier.

THREADING
I really like Daxa. She was skilled and knew what she was doing. My eyebrows are nicely shaped with minimal pain. She also gives a short cooling eyebrow massage after. I think she is one of the best I’ve ever had.
WAXING
Pretty fast and clean. Daxa is also good at this. She doesn’t double dip and gets the job done fairly fast. Brazilians are normally $ 35 but if you do threading at the same time, i think they have specials that take down the price quite a bit.
