This is my go to place, when I need a lift! I am always greeted by a friendly professional staff member. I work in the beauty industry and I have seen some overdone injections. I love the fact that at Genesis you always get that naturual look. I trust them completely! Ultherapy is a great option, I cannot wait to have my neck area done. I highly recommend Genesis. I live in Los Angleles and it is so worth the drive. Car pool a few friends, make a fun day of it!

I had the same situation here as another reviewer where I didn’t see any results after the first treatment, but mine was for some hair removal. It’s kind of upsetting to pay for a service and not have anything happen. But I trusted them when they said to just keep going because it does actually work. And so I did. I can now say all my hair is gone on my chest and it hasn’t grown back for months now, I have totally smooth skin! No more razor bumps from shaving. Most importantly my girlfriend doesn’t complain that my chest feels like sand paper when she touches it! I’m very satisfied with the final product.

On March 13, 2012 I went to the Genesis Medical to have a procedure done called Ulthreapy. Ulthreapy is kind of like an ultrasound machine that is suppose to lifts and tone sagging skin on your face/​neck. The merchant said I should see results within 2 – 3 months. And this was also stated in the Ulthreapy brochure. On May 29, 2012 (2 ½ months after Ulthreapy), my husband I stressed to Genesis Medical that we don’t see any improvement in my skin from the Ulthreapy procedure. At this time they now said, «Results will be in 4 – 6 months» they now changed the results date! Now it has been 4 months after I had Ulthreapy and we (my husband and I) finally met directly with Dr. Tesmer. We explained to her that I paid for a service and didn’t get ANY results as promised from them. Dr. Tesmer is now saying the same thing as her employees had told us which was the 4 – 6 months. Dr. Tesmer said, I promise you will see result in 6 months. Now we are past the 6 month mark and once again my husband and I meet with Dr. Tesmer. Dr. Tesmer only solution is repeating this procedure and «Charging the customer again»! They took «before» pictures and I asked them to take «after» pictures to compare the pictures side-​by-​side. Dr. Tesmer said, she is not good with the computer. Genesis Medical just kept stringing me along. I was trying to resolve this matter with Genesis Medical privately, hoping they would have done the right thing, sadly they didn’t. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They never even responded to the complaint, that is how much they care!
