what a dump! The place looks like a used car junk lot. I had a tire blow out so I was stuck charged me 40 bucks to install a new tire and I had to dispose of the old tire myself or it would be another 10 $ I do not know how this sketchy place stays in business

Worst customer service, it is normally take 5 minutes to full my car’s tank but last time I have waited for ⁸⁄₉ minutes but the tank was only half. I complained about this in the counter but response was horrible. Never come back in this place and also not recommend for any one.

This is my to go place for oil change. I’ve never had any issues here before. Friendly and courteous customer service from everyone, from Jose, his attendant, to the gas station clerk/​owner. No complaints.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP FOR GAS, SERVICE OR ANYTHING.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Let me tell you my story.
Last October I visited this gas station as a response to a Craigslist ad they had up for a car. When I first looked at the car, I was unimpressed. It looked nothing like the car in their ad which all pictures were taken at night. The paint was chipping, the interior was gross and the dashboard was BLACK from sitting in the sun too long. I took it for a test drive and it ran really good. No check engine light. No weird noises. Nothing. I was in a hurry to buy a car and was on a really low budget. So I bought it. I spoke with «Alan» who supposedly was the owners son. After waiting about an hour for him to find the title, we did the deal.
Now here comes the really fun part…
I got on the freeway to go home and the CHECK ENGINE light comes on… So I call the guy thinking he would work with me, but the response I got from «Alan» was basically «You signed for it so you’re SOL»…
I take it to the shop and they tell me its something to do with some weird part i’ve never heard of and it’d be $ 400 to fix. So I barely get together the funds and have it fixed.
A couple days later the light comes on AGAIN.
I make a trip to the DMV to get the title in my name and I am told that the seller needs to provide a the Smog Certification.
So I call «Alan» and he tells me he is NOT responsible and that he would NOT help me or refund me for the car.
After shelling out a couple more HUNDRED dollars to fix it to pass smog… It fails.agian.
At this point I’m really upset… I decide to take him to court. I sent a «Payment Request» to attempt to resolve out of court (sent to the address listed on the title). A week later I get a letter back saying that the person on the title is NOT the person I bought it from and that they had sold it to the guy I bought it from a year ago! So basically the guy not only sold me a car he didn’t even own; He FORGED this persons SIGNATURE on the title and sales contract.
Needless to say the owners of this place are not only HORRIBLE human beings, but are CON ARTISTS that will take advantage of anyone to make a little money.

this place sucks! I never thought I’d go out of my way to write a bad Unilocal review about a gas station, but this place is seriously just that bad. I’ve lived literally across the street for about 3 years now & refuse to go here. Every few months I’ll be in a rush & think «eh, let’s give it a try» but they still always suck. I’ll list my grievances below:
1– more than half the times I’ve come here I was simply unable to complete the transaction, either faulty card readers, or pumps, or they’re only taking cash & don’t have change, there’s always SOMETHING wrong
2-it’s unnecessarily crowded, they’ve got tons of busted up old cars parked everywhere that are for sale by their owners like it’s some busted used car lot. Not parked in parking spots, but all over the station wherever they can fit them
3-it’s clearly an old Chevron that they never bothered to update so it looks super unprofessional
4– there’s so much wear/​tear & graffiti at the pump that you can’t read what anything says, and since there’s almost always issues, it’s kind of important.
5-​the «car wash» is just some creepy dude in a portable canopy on the side,
6-​forget about paper towels, or window washers, they’re either empty or really dirty
7-​staff sucks, most recently I tried to pump some gas around midnight. After swiping my card at 2 different pumps with no luck I tried walking inside to the attendant. Before I even got to the window just waved her hands signaling not to come close. I’m not sure if they were closed or what was going on, but it’s was just a rude reaction. They have a button at the pump to talk to the attendant, but they didn’t answer.
I tried to avoid posting this because I really don’t want to have this much annoyance over just a gas station, but it seriously sucks that bad! Always a bad experience… I know I have some mutual facebook friends who run this place & didn’t want to bash their business, but seriously get your ish together! it’s a gas station, there’s really not that much to it! At a bare minimum I should be able to complete my transaction half the time. AVOID!

Horrendous customer service. Some gas pumps are in disrepair and cannot read a credit card at the pump — thereby necessitating entry into the gas station store — twice! One time to leave your credit card, and again to return to complete the transaction. Both times required standing in line behind other customers. Not a fast and simple transaction like any other pay at the pump station.
Window washers and squeegees were pretty pathetic too. No washer solution — just dirty water. The dried and cracked rubber on the squeegee removes about 85% of the water but leaves streaks everywhere.

Worst service I ever got! They don’t even pay attention to you for the amount I wanted for gas. Just charged me for what the lady felt like. Only wanted $ 20 in gas, all of a sudden I’m getting charged for $ 40! Hey lady behind the counter take your fucken head phones out and listen to your customers! Get off the fucken phone!
