He’s the best. I have been his client for over a decade. No one else goes near my hair!

I would rate Veronica and this salon a 0 if it was available. Extremely bad first impression.
I picked Veronica based on other people’s reviews. But I didn’t get the chance to review her services as I cancelled based on her flippancy in dealing with meeting her time commitments. All these salons ask for a 24 hour consideration in changing/​cancelling appointments. I get that as many customers are flakes (as are providers I’m learning). But when I get called 2 hrs before my evening appointment to say I can’t be seen until 7:30 pm because she didn’t know the client before me wanted more services? Is that really my problem? 1. Obviously there was some disconnect with her & previous customer (red flag). 2. The fact that she’s telling me so late it’s that, or nothing, after I had my appointment set at least 2 – 3 weeks ahead? Where am I going to get an appointment for THAT same night in that short of notice? I had a cut, color & shampoo scheduled-​not a ½ hour job.
Normally I’m pretty flexible when I can be, but I was just coming off a very stressful 10-​hour work day, had out patient procedure @ hospital the following morning & company coming in that day from another state who I hadn’t seen in 20 years & had a full weekend planned with them-​not at all!
It took several episodes of leaving messages to get the full story. She said she’d try to get me someone else in the same time slot but considering she didn’t get back to me before I left work it just didn’t work out for me. Luckily for me, I found a walk in place who was happy to have my business but it caused me a ton of unnecessary stress.
If I’m going to spend what to me is 3 times my salary per hour to get my hair done I expect my time and business to be respected. What should have been an evening to make myself feel & look better became a logistical nightmare. No, I would not recommend.

Gosh do I miss Oneal!!! One of the best hairdressers I have EVER been to. His cuts are impeccable and precise and his coloring is simply perfect. 5 stars is not enough. I moved a year ago to NorCal and I have not found a hairdresser his equal in the Bay Area. Do I miss him? Yes I do.

Jennifer Taylor is amazing! My sister has been going to her for over 10yrs. I’ve started going to Jennifer 4yrs now. I would of gone earlier but I was stupid in trying to find someone closer to home (Corona). Anyways, I have not found anyone close to home so I finally decided to go to JT and well, I’ve never gone anywhere else.
I love the way she does my «layers»…God knows everyone else has F’d it up on me prior going to JT.
I love the way she «colors» my hair too cuz that’s been F’d up too from prior hairdressers.
Anyways I recommend Jennifer Taylor (suite 118)

Best haircut and color ever! Oneal is hip, stylish and one of the best! I’ve searched high and low for the past 3 years for a stylist and my search is over! Seriously… great vibe and music too!

Oneal and Veronica are both AMAZING at what they do! I always get complimented on my hair with all the cuts and colors I have gotten with them.
My sheer loyalty should be a testament to that! I have been going only to Oneals for over 7 years now. Mind you, this was even as I was attending college in SD, and now working in LA. I STILL refuse to go anywhere else to get my hair done.
I have referred my entire family and a bunch of my friends and even my aunts and cousins are regulars as well now haha. So definitely check them out if you’re on the fence and feeling a new do!
