Everything is so incredibly salty and over sauced, but my kids love them cream cheese won tons, so they keep me coming back. I usually get the house special chicken, with veggies added. I usually pour out half the sauce. Tofu can be subbed for any meat which is nice. Their text club will get you frequent discounts.

I have found this particular location’s food less than satisfactory. On multiple occasions, the meal just didn’t quite taste right compares to the dish at other locations. Last time I visited, the meal took way too long to prepare, and when I finally received it, the fried rice tasted burnt. It was’t burnt, but it tasted like it: like they used a wok that had burned another dish and didn’t properly clean it. Disappointing. Also, the customer service isn’t that great. They are nice, but slow and don’t take the time to make sure you are satisfied. I generally enjoy Pick Up Stix but will probably not be visiting this particular location anymore, which is a shame, because its nearby my house.

This specific Pick Up Stix serves the same things as the others we have been to. They have a lot of room inside the establishment with a lot of room in between the tables and even some spare room as well. The seating is partially partitioned off from the cashier with a wall so one doesn’t have to look at them cooking. They accepted our coupons without any issues and processed the order appropriately during this specific visit. It took a short time to come out but there were others here anyway. It tasted good and we got fortune cookies.

Went here on Friday, 10⁄23 and got the House Special Chicken(with vegetables). Wanna see how special it was? Check out my 3 pictures with half of a bug resting on my rice. All I got was my money back.

I ordered sweet Thai chicken and I have to say this had no discernible Thai flavors! The chicken was nasty, not prepared well, over-floured, like really terrible dark chicken meat nuggets. Really didn’t expect anything but nicely cooked chicken in a Thai dish. Broccoli was over-cooked, beans were under-cooked. The dish description says; «White Chicken with fresh green beans, red peppers, carrots, white onions, and broccoli in our red chili sauce» Should say; A nasty blend of light and dark battered chicken with under-cooked green beans, red pepper(the star of the dish) carrots(none), white onion, and over-cooked broccoli in our sweet non-Asian red chili sauce. Really a terrible experience. This restaurant has been up and down, but never this far down, bye, bye. BTW the staff was very nice! Not their fault(except the cooks!)

This was our 1st time, so we didn’t know how to order. The entrees are family style and come in pretty big portions, definitely bigger than Panda Express. I think my husband and I can share an entrée and get an appetizer. Each entrée is about $ 8 and it comes w/choice of white/brown rice. You can upgrade to chow mein or fried rice for $ 1.99. They won’t let u get half and half. I wasn’t too keen on the kung pao beef, but I really like the mongolian beef. It wasn’t crowded on a Saturday night and there was plenty of parking. They had college football a on TV, which was a plus. Service was nice. We’ll be back when we want something quick with no hassles.

Steamed dumplings are so good! Their house chicken is awesome. Somethings up with delivery though. They seem to only do it on weekends. I give 4 stars due to lack of delivery

Their pad thais with lemon is pretty excellent. What I really like is their soda drink Fresca. Other than that, the atmosphere is soothing, it’s a fast food but it’s chic. The cooks never have a problem when it comes to modifying the orders a tiny bit. It’s even possible to sit there for a few hours and conduct business lunches without any pressure.

Pick Up Stix is always a solid choice. This location is up to par. The dining area is larger than other locations I’ve seen. I always order the house special chicken entrée with white rice and cream cheese wontons. Food and service meets the standard.

Always a great fast food Chinese food chain! Never a disappointment. We decided to do family style this time and it was plenty of food! Finally had a chance to try the chicken pad Thai noodle dish… outstanding!

Went for lunch. The staff was great and very nice. The place was clean. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the Mongolian beef lunch with chowmein and the beef was all crinkley and not normal looking beef. It tasted hard and crunchy. The rest was ok. Have not been there in a long time and don’t plan to go back for a while.

This place is a hit or miss!!! The only thing I order from here is the house chicken and sometimes that’s not even good!!! Everything else is gross to me on the menu

I’m usually not the person to complain, especially about pick up stix, but I carried out and called ahead, the guy said 10 minutes, waited 30 minutes and had to go up and ask for order than they made it, the guy at the register was nice but the rest of the staff seemed like they were taking their time and didn’t care that there were 4 people waiting, not very pleased

Our go-to location and luckily, we have never had a problem. The food is good and so is the service. No complaints.

So Long story short, I work with 2 girls that demanded Pick Up Stix. After being transferred to 3 different stores, I finally found one that would deliver(Even though the website said all did). I spoke to Greg on the phone who was the bearer of phenomenal news and very kind and understanding of my situation. You made my night and are amazing for doing so! Thank you for sharing amazing customer service and making sure I live another day with these women.

Stixs is amazing. General Tsao’s chicken, fried rice, and an egg roll(instead of won-tons), and I promise you will love it! These other people are crazy. Live strong, Stixs!!!

***Update to the review below. I left a comment on the corporate website informing them of my experience and was sent a coupon for a free full entrée about 10 days later. I redeemed it at the Fountain Valley location and everything with that meal was fine. If you want to be on the safe side of getting a fair amount of food for what you pay, order the full entrée instead of the lunch specials. As for this location, if they work out their issues, hopefully that will bring them up to the level of the other locations soon.*** Worst lunch I’ve had in the past two years. Have you ever paid $ 7.66 for 4 bite size pieces of diced chicken? I have. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken Lunch Special($ 7.09 + tax, comes with rice and two fried wontons). I was way hungry when the order arrived so I dug in. Without thinking, first bite chicken and rice. That was really salty. Next bite veggie and rice. I’m all about the balance. Then I just eat again without looking. Veggie and rice. Then I look, because I want to make sure I alternate and don’t eat all of my favorites or least favorites first. Ummm… THERE’S ONLYTHREEPIECESOFCHICKENLEFT!!! I got 6 pieces of zucchini(the zucchini were cut way larger than the chicken), 4 pieces of chicken, some water chestnuts and enough peanuts. The plate was more than half rice. The dish was too sweet and too salty. That’s because it was drenched in more than double the amount of sauce that was needed. Like having 10 sauces for your 6 Chicken McNuggets, except I didn’t even get that much chicken. My mind was consumed with all the other meals I could’ve had for $ 7.66. Two item Panda Express combo with 3x the meat. Two cheeseburgers with grilled onions and fries from In-n-Out for $ 6.80. Two Chik-Fil-A sandwiches. A teriyaki bowl from Flame Broiler. A bowl from Panda Express would’ve had more food. From Pick Up Stix I get three ounces of meat… if that. I would never come back to this restaurant. Pick Up Stix corporate office seriously needs to do a quality check at this location. Very sad, because I’ve had decent food at some of their other locations.

Service was excellent. Restaurant was clean. Ordered the chicken curry — very good. Like this place better than Panda Express, which is across the street.
