No AC. Its hot and stuffy. No music indoors or out. Dirty bathrooms with tissue and paper towels on the floor. Sloppy drinks. I know its Friday and everyone wants to finish up the shift to go do what they do but this experience was just bad all around. It didnt feel like a starbucks one bit.

Bar none — slowest Starbucks I have ever been in. To make matters worse, the barista just didn’t seem to care. Avoid.

Starbucks is generally a clean and well maintained chain. This store does not live up to expectations. The store was dirty. Not just dirty and messy from a busy day but dirty from days of not being cleaned well. While I was on line to place my order a staff member rolled a large«dirty» trash can through the center of the store. Overall the staff was nice and the service was as expected but the short comings of cleanliness was surprising.

This Starbucks is great! I always get my green tea frap or my strawberry lemonade passion tea. They’re both amazing and always tastes great at any time. I’ve ate their breakfast sandwiches which was a sausage and egg biscuit and it was quite tasty. Nevertheless, the drinks are amazing and their baristas are great at it.

Came here the first time. The staff is friendly, but the milk table is dirty when there are not so many crowds. The blond also feels a little watered down. But I am already out of the parking lot and didn’t want to go back.

I can’t blame Starbucks for the low rating, its the parking. The lot is very small with a Subway, Mexican joint, and smoke shop. Leaving can be a bitch to traffic and the light. Rush hours you cant make a right turn on red so traffic backs up. Coffee wise you been to one Starbucks you’ve been to them all.

Be careful — someone stole my brand new Galaxy S6 right out of my purse while I was shopping at Starbucks. The staff members weren’t very nice or helpful at all when I realized the phone was stolen. I filed a police report and they said that they have to get permission from corporate to allow them to look at the security video.

Whenever I make a visit, the line is never too long and the staff is friendly. However, the space is a bit on their smaller side and their parking spaces are super tiny/narrow.

Typical Starbucks location. Baristas are fast and courteous, but tables and seating are limited. The Starbucks is located inside of a Barnes & Nobles, so there are lots of people who sit at the table and read. There’s also no outlets, so it’s not your typical studying Starbucks spot.

Great location great customer for service, they get very busy, however, I was a little disappointed with the over flowing trash outside the door. The Manager said there’s nothing they can do about it it’s not their trash can so don’t empty it just leave it.

My protein box I purchased today had MOLD on the grapes. The employees that made them should have been more careful in checking for this before putting the boxes on display. On top of that, they seemed like they were unwashed. Disgusting. $ 4.95, wasted.

Quick service and the usual from what you expect from Starbucks but only complaint is the small parking lot. Plus side is it’s close to the freeway.

The only downfall of this Starbucks is the parking lot. It’s a little too small, and worse, at the corner of an intersection. You can’t park elsewhere unless you cross the street and park near the big lots diagonally across the intersection. Coffee is and service is great. This is one of my regular spots. The baristas are very friendly too, I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over 10 years since I was in high school and not once have I had any complaints!

Worst service ever. With the girl with glasses next time speak up instead being rude and talking shit to your co worker

Super busy this evening after work. It is really random, sometimes it is sometimes it isn’t. You have earned my business compared to the other Starbucks in Anaheim. Your baristas are super friendly. I have not encountered any sour apples yet, crossing my fingers. Keep up the great work. Too bad you do not have a drive through. And your parking lot is on the small side. It’s usually a bear trying to get traffic to let you out of the drive way during drive home traffic. This is why I just exit out of the north drive way instead of the one closer to the intersection of El Camino and Red Hill.

Dear Starbucks at This Location, Mornings are hard for me. Really hard. If I could sleep until noon everyday and skip mornings I would, but sadly there’s a little thing called work. Speaking of work, when you have to commute one hour to get to your job, sometimes all you want is a good cup of coffee. Correction: A good cup of CORRECT coffee. And possibly good service. I can even skip out on the good service part if it’s in the morning since I won’t remember through my half-awake state. With that being said, the fact that I’m writing this in the morning and the fact that I remember that you screwed up my drink leaves something to be said. I am sorry for my grunts. It’s hard to speak words in the morning other than«Tall Cappuccino with non-fat milk.» Seriously, that’s all I have in my vocabulary in the morning. When I manage to get to the counter and whisper those heart-felt words to you, take them seriously. Maybe it was the new kid on the counter, or maybe it was the noisy crowd around me. But how could you? How could you not hear my morning plea for the perfect cup of coffee? Am I so forgettable? All I wanted was that cappuccino. When you mess it up, I will not notice when you place the cup in my hands and tell me to have a great day. I won’t notice until I am sitting down at work, sipping that first sip and realizing you GAVEMETHEWRONGDRINK. I will, undoubtedly, stare at the wrong cup of coffee and cry. It is not my proudest moment – crying over a wrong cup of coffee. But it is definitely my weakest moment and you’ve managed to put me there. It gets worse. When I look down at the cup, I see the name DAN written on it… who’s Dan? Are you making somebody else cappuccinos? I imagine Dan sitting at his work desk, crying over his wrong cup of coffee and cursing whoever got his order instead. I feel for him. Don’t call out my name and hand me the wrong cup. I trusted you. I bet Dan trusted you too. And I know you don’t mess up orders only in the mornings. This isn’t the first time you’ve played me for a fool. I’ve come here in the afternoons before. Twice I’ve ordered Vanilla Macchiatos and twice you’ve given me Caramel Macchiatos. I bet you’re chuckling behind the counter, hurriedly squirting caramel into my drink. Am I not enunciating clearly? Again, you play on my insecurities. This is an unhealthy relationship, Starbucks. And it needs to end. Regretfully, A teary-eyed customer

I don’t write many reviews for chain restaurants/coffee places, but this particular Starbucks deserves it. First of all the location is amazing because it’s right off the freeway. No drive-thru but they are seriously so fast… no matter how long and daunting the line is when I walk in, I’m always out in less than 15 minutes, and on a less busy day I’m in and out in 5. The staff is really what earns the 5 stars(and no I’m not friends with any of them aside from them being my own personal little caffeine angels)…seriously they are all so friendly and on point. I am always greeted with a «good morning», they always use my name whenever they can and overall they are just extremely pleasant and make my day start off so much better. There are always the same 4 – 5 people working on weekday mornings and they function like a little family unit it feels like. The parking lot can be a pain in the ass, but I’ve never not been able to snag a spot. Another thing… they are ALWAYS consistent. You’d think that would go without saying at a Starbucks, but you would be sorely mistaken. This location gets it right every single time.
