This is my most favorite Starbucks location in Tustin. I work in the Tustin marketplace and I always go out of my way to this location for my lunch breaks when possible(which is about 3 – 4 times a week). What keeps me coming back here is the considerable service and the quality of the drinks! Everyone that works here is awesome! Shoutout to Mario, Cara, Michelle, and Jasmine for always providing me a significant experience. They always know what I want and always remember me every time I come. I usually see Jasmine and I always enjoy ordering from her. She and everyone else does an exceptional job making the drinks here. I am always greeted as soon as I enter which makes me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The environment is very pleasant and spotless. Ive been coming to this location for a while now and will continue on coming here in the future. I would recommend this location to anyone around the area or in Tustin. It’s a great place to hangout!

Lindley is the worst barista/cashier in Tustin. Don’t avoid the location, but avoid her if possible. I really received the worst treatment at this Starbucks. I came in to order a sweetened black iced tea. The woman on the register named Lindley took my order and my name and I waited for my drink. After about 15 minutes I went to the bar area to see if the single Passion tea was mistakenly mine and yes, it was. Not only did they mess up my order, but they didn’t even call my name so I have no idea how long I should be waiting. When I take the Passion tea with my name on it back to the register, I tell Lindley that the order was wrong and that I ordered a sweetened black iced tea. So what happens next? She says«okay I’ll make you another one» and snatches the passion drink and throws it in the trash with such an attitude. She tells me to wait on the side for it and makes this sigh like I inconvenienced her. Why do I deserve an attitude for something I didn’t do? I didn’t mess up, they did. I didn’t deserve an attitude. What I deserved was an apology which was never given. So instead of calling her out on the fact that she should at least apologize, I just waited for my new drink. Once again, they mess up. They didn’t call my name again but I saw that a drink that looked like it could have been mine was sitting at the bar area so I asked what it was and the other associate said«It doesn’t have a name but its an unsweetened black tea». I don’t understand, all I asked for was a simple sweetened black iced tea. So once again for the second time I go back to the register and tell Lindley my order is wrong again. Now she decides to say sorry to me to which I respond by saying«You really should have said that the first time you guys got my order wrong. You didn’t even say that. You just gave me an attitude.» and she denied it like I’m stupid or something. I felt so disrespected. I don’t deserve an attitude for something I never did wrong. I never made a scene or raised my voice. So why do I deserve to be treated like I did so? All I did was bring back a drink twice because it was not made correctly both times. I should not have to feel bad for taking back something that is not my order. So all I did at the end was ask for her name and a refund. It’s not the money, it’s the principle of the matter and I was over trying to get my damn drink.

Great quality and great service here. Love the environment here. Workers are really cheery and lighten up the place. The drinks are really well made here.

I happen to have a Starbucks gift card, and it was lunchtime. This Starbucks was the highest rated in the area. I chose a turkey pesto panino and for my coffee I asked for the darkest roast that they had. All that they had on tap was Pike Place Roast, but the barista suggested that I could get a cup of Gold Coast as a pourover. Really? I didn’t know that Starbucks did that. I went with her suggestion. «May I have your name?» «Joe.» I decided to eat outside. Why not? So, of course the panino was not made fresh, but they did grill it for me. It was actually pretty tasty. The coffee was perhaps the best cup that I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. It tasted like actual coffee. I highly suggest getting a pourover the next time you come to a Starbucks for your caffeine fix. There’s only one restroom here. Don’t most Starbucks have two? At least it was reasonably clean. Thanks, Starbucks barista!

I just like to thank the young lady working the counter today at Starbucks. I didn’t get her name but she had blonde hair and I’m not sure if it blue or green eyes. I came in to get a frap and my app on my phone wasn’t working. I re-downloaded it and nothing. She said don’t worry what would you like it’s on the house. That was the nicest thing anyone has done for me. And I can tell her regulars really love her I saw a customer bring her food. Whoever she is that young lady has a good heart and is loved by everyone who comes in. Thanks for making my day a better wish I got her name. But thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Due to the homeless population that invade this location I’m now giving one star. Management allows this. Tustin has the Rescue Mission, and Starbucks. They need to change the name to Bumbucks.

I was in a rush and the ditzy barista was choosing all the easy drinks to make before mine, a frappucino. I had to point out that I ordered for long before everyone else and that my cup was sitting there waiting to be made. I use a personal cup After I yelled at her she had to ask the size and and specifications, which were written on the cup. They are tons of Starbucks in the area so I won’t be giving my business to this one again.

I usually come here during the week and after 6pm. There are always people running in and out but I can usually find a place to sit. Service is good and the baristas are quick and efficient. This location is pretty comfortable; a nice place to hang out and get some work done or meet someone and have a conversation.

It’s a good starbucks but the only thing IT’S CRAWLINGWITHHOMELESSPEOPLE. Makes the place stink and you’ll notice the same 3 bums always come here. They need to get rid of them.

For the most part, this Starbucks location is like just about any other. You’ll find the same coffee, the same snacks and the same retail gifts here. Pros: The restroom is large and clean. Wifi is decently speedy. Cons: I normally don’t order food, but I saw the sandwich sign and ordered a veggie one with no egg. The barista didn’t bat an eye at my no-egg request and the sandwich was tasty, but there were no veggies, just cheese. Also, this location is fairly small. It’s, you know, a Starbucks. *shrug*

Ok, I’m no financial wizard, but it seems to me that if a customer is not happy with a business, they don’t return, equating to no revenue. So imagine how I felt when the music was raised to the point where it drowned out what I was listening to on my earphones and when I asked if they could lower the music. Not, turn it off, just lower. 1 of the employees lowered it, for about 1 minute, followed by another raising the volume to uncomfortable levels. Now, I’m no prude, I grew up with loud music, after all, I’m a product of the 1960’s, actually 1959,(God I’m old). Anyway, the music was still drowning out the music over my headphones while I was in the bathroom! And it’d no one’s business what I was doing in the bathroom. It was to distracting to allow reading a b d had to leave. Someone needs to remind the employees of an old saying: «no money, no honey.»

Not my favorite Starbucks in the world. Service was at best mediocre and the coffee was served without a sleeve, i almost burned my fingers. I would go to a different Bux.

This place was very busy the staff was very friendly and they actually made a skinny caramel macchiato iced coffee that was out of this world. I wish the place was a little bit wider because you’re standing in line with other people waiting for their drinks there’s not much room to move around. Very clean wonderful attitude by the employees definitely enjoyed going there.

I recently got a good job very close to this Starbucks location and with the holidays coming up or whatever reason, they started the Salted Caramel drinks again. Ugh! Bad News for coffee addicts like myself. I’m hooked again. I could very easily stop at the Starbucks in Irvine where I live on my way to work but, because of Skinny Jacob, I would rather wait and stop at this one. He is cute, always friendly, has great customer service skills and always right on the money with whatever coffee drink I order. I really hope the management know how lucky they are to have him. He makes this Starbucks a better place with his smile alone. Kudos!!!

It seems most of the negative reviews are about the customer service but I commend the two baristas Nick and Kelly for their awesome service! Both were extremely friendly and approachable and were more than willing to remake my drink three times without so much as a disgruntled look, huff, or even puff! *also, sidenote: is it just me or does the actual orange yellow color of the new PSL weird anyone else out? I’m glad it’s real pumpkin now BUT I was shocked to see the actual color.

This is a great location! Although this is my first visit here, I was warmly greeted as soon as I came in the door. All barista’s were courteous and pleasant. When I asked for a little more whip cream on my drink, the barista pleasantly smiled and gave me what I asked for. She also said thank you and encouraged me to have a great day. It is easy to tell that they have a great manager, who hires well, at this location. Thank you for making my morning a pleasant morning:-)

Typically, I love this Starbucks. It is my go-to for morning coffee before work. Today I go in to find a lovely sign that reads«No Coffee! No tea, no iced tea, no oatmeal!» Apparently the«brewer broke» so there was no hot water. Only bar drinks were available. Are you kidding me?! You’re STARBUCKS! A WORLDFAMOUS coffee shop, global enterprise, and you can’t make a cup of coffee today(or tea… or oatmeal…)?! Un-freakin-believable.

WOW! Over 15 minutes to get an iced coffee on a Saturday morning? Get real. There were not even that many people in line when I was there, maybe 6,7. Not sure what the deal is with that, but I kind of dislike Starbucks to begin with, now I am further soured. I first stopped by the location on 17th street near the 55 freeway, and there was a ridiculous line, so I GPS’d this one, and even though the lined was less than half, I may have been better off waiting at the previous location. If I knew of an independent, cool spot in town, I’d go there instead. Me thinks NOT on this place!
