This is the best location in Tustin/Santa Ana. Everything is clean, the staff at night are friendly and attentive even when we come in several minutes before they close. Also, it should be a given(but sadly it’s not) but it is nice to have a location with a clean bathroom. Several locations we’ve been to recently don’t have a bathroom, and when you have two kids that give you 1 minute notice before they pee, it is nice to have a restroom handy. The sandwiches are made nicely and taste consistent with all other subways. They even have two armchair seats in case you want to sit back and read a book(although you’ll smell like bread after you leave). All in all, one of my favorite locations.

We dropped off our car next door to get the tires aligned(recommend Good Year next door). While we waited, we ordered a sandwich for breakfast. We tried the Spicy nacho beef sandwich. It was really good. I added spinach and tomato which added freshness to it. It sounds random, but the nacho cheese and jalapenos and dorito chips added a unique twist to the boring sandwich. The sandwich maker was very friendly, efficient and easy going. We would definitely return and recommend. Subways is generally consistent in quality and freshness.

This Subway is clean, the staff are attentive and clear communicators, and the food is good! We love this Subway because they make the sandwiches a decent size, and will put in extra toppings if you ask politely. :) We come here once a month for a nice, healthy date. :)

I literally just left this place all of 2 min ago. To have superior service is an understatement in this instance. I walked in about 15 min. prior to closing and both Michelle and Isabelle were as accommodating as possible. Although they were in the middle of closing side work, they were very pleasant about my late night entrance. In most cases when you walk into an establishment this close to closing on a slow night you can expect nothing short of an attitude but these two ladies were extremely congenial. its because of staff like this that keeps businesses(especially those franchised) in business. I could have literally driven less than 5 blocks down the road to el camino for a sub but because of my experience, I will make it a point to frequent this one!

Very poor customer service. During my last visit, this employee there named Sandra was talking to this customer behind me about how he made her life easy because most customers come in not knowing what the hell they want. I told her I thought it was inappropriate to talk about their customers like that. She responded with an attitude saying«Well I wasn’t talking about you, so if you think like that, that’s your problem». She and her coworker were laughing about it. I told them I want to speak to their manager, and they bring out this 12 year old looking female. I have a strong feeling that was not the actual manager, if she was then that explains why those employees don’t know«customer service». I mean she looked like she dropped out highschool to work at subway. Anyway, this«manager» obviously backed up her employees, telling me she is sure her employee Sandra did not mean to offend anyone. I told my coworkers about this when I came back from lunch, and they told me about this other Subway restaurant. Hopefully the people there have manners and good leadership.

I’m not the usual complainer but this sub-shop caught my attention. Subway in Tustin on Redhill & Walnut save yourself the embarrassment and just hide the tip box. Your employees need to be retrained! Customer service is not what you would expect from this successful chain. Be aware who you have representing you Subway, one bad apple… don’t be so sure of your success… you can eventually be the few that fail. Your employees need a attitude adjustment on the double.

Anyone not know what Subway is? Anybody? Cheap sandwiches and a breakfast menu designed to be different than McDonald’s. All right. Moving on: This location has friendly employees who don’t skimp on ingredients and who remember how I like sandwiches, even though I come in about every two months. I’ve never had a bad experience. And, as I say, it’s nice to have a Subway where they don’t give you guff or charge you extra for another once-over with the mustard and mayo. This is that kind of Subway.

The sandwich artistes in this particular location are my favorite. Some Subways, the toppings are all thrown around and nothing looks clean(I’m talking to you, Subway on Redondo in Long Beach), but not this place. Everything is all sparkling clean and they lovingly arrange the veggies on your sandwich one by one. Love. Normally, I would not be reviewing a Subway, but this location is just exemplary, so I wanted to give a shout out.
