I’ve recently been on a 99 Cent Only store craze. This particular location has a bunch of parking, and actually has, in my opinion, a larger selection of produce than other locations. I mean… you can’t go wrong with 6 avocados for $ 1.99, or heirlooms for $ 1/pint. Romaine lettuce at a 3-pack for a dollar? Artisan lettuce? Grapes? Blackberries? The list goes on. Of course, they also carry the usual for this type of store, but the produce section is where this place shines. Cashier who helped us was nice enough, so no complaints there. We’ll be coming back for sure.

I’m a tad bit peeved at this store. Pam’s Lane was moving slower than snails. She moves slow in general. One of the other cashiers called for back-up and this red-haired(dyed) opened up and all the people behind me went to her lane. What ever happened to Next customer in line??? Happens all the time at this store. Only reason I come to this one is so I don’t run into my coworkers who shop at the one on Newport… which is actually a better store. Meh.

The 99 Cent store is SOMUCH better than the one on Newport Ave. Fairly new, this location is clean with items placed neatly, and you can get mylar balloons too! Some items may be more than 99 cents, but they are clearly marked. Can find good deals here!

Cashiers are just rude and annoyed. It is really a hassle to come into this store. Isles are messy and disorganized.

By far our favorite 99 cent store! We are frequent shoppers of this chain for the frugal, and we love it! This one is by far the best location as it is clean, organized, huge, and has wide aisles that two carts could fit through(usually 99 cent stores have aisles that only 1 and ½ carts could fit through, leading to awkward ‘chicken’ cart battles). Though there tends to be some waiting time to check out, the cashiers are really friendly and personable.

New location and not listed on Google yet. Very clean and bright. I’m not a typical shopper here, but my girlfriend loves shopping at these stores when planning for parties. This location feels a lot safer than the one in Santa Ana.

Alot of friendly and down to earth employees. Its a HUGE store and the aisles are wide and easily accessible. Tons of great items for any occasion or just for everyday necessities be sure to stop by and enjoy.

I finally had a chance to check this store out on Easter and it’s A LOT bigger than the store on Newport Avenue. They have a refrigerated foods section in the back! :) Wider aisles, more savings. :) I went nuts in the candy section lol PLEASE have more Haribo Gold Bears, they’re my #1 reason I go to the 99 Cents Store! Other than that, you guys are good :) And it’s down the street from St. Cecilia Church :)
