This place sucks! If you want to get your eyebrows done and don’t mind having one eyebrow noticeably bigger than the other, this is your place.

I used to go up the street but after I heard about this place from my babysitter, I decided to come here. I absolutely love this place. The soothing music is always on and it never smells like crazy nail chemicals(like other nail salons). The decoration is simple and inviting. I like when a nail shop is not overdone(forced opulence is tacky). It is never too cold or too warm in the shop. The staff is always inviting and they ask if you would like a beverage while you wait or get service. I’ve never had to wait because of the time of day I go. I will say that when I see others who have to wait, it is never longer than 10 – 15 minutes. The selection of color is great. They have the regular nail polish and the gel polish as well. I also noticed that they have a great selection of nail design(gems, bows, glitter, and blah blah blah) for those who like bedazzled nails. Prices are very reasonable. They offer these cards that they sign off on everytime you recieved a fill and/or pedicure service. After ten services, you receive 10% off. The quality of the service is excellent. There have been many times where I’ve been asked if I am happy with their work or progress during the service. I’ve been to nail shops where employees get upset if you ask them to fix something they messed up on. Everyone knows what they are doing and when there are new people(only one time I can think of), they are always assisted. I have never had a bad experience at this shop and I will continue to recommend and be a customer for as long as I live in 29 Palms.

Second time here since new management and I must say the pedicures here are the best I’ve had in 29 Palms! I always get the deluxe pedicure which comes with the leg scrub and full leg and foot massage. That’s the part I look forward to the most. Very relaxing and feels great. Will definitely be back!

I used to come here all of the time. I hadn’t been in over a year. Apparently they’re under new management now. It was an awful experience. The lady who did my nails was rude. I had them done Thursday night for our honeymoon and its Monday and the already could use a fill and new polish. She didn’t let them dry properly. It was just an all around awful experience. Which is sad because I used to love going there.

Everytime I go there it seems as though someone cuts around my toenail so bad that it bleeds. I gave it a few chances but I’m done now. The staff, however, is polite.

Friendly staff! They had one doing my pedicure while another works on my nails!

I like this place. They do a good job and encourage you to relax. It’s spacious and clean and the massage chairs always work. I always get a french pedicure and it’s usually $ 20 to $ 22. For a while they gave a $ 2 discount for cash. The older lady, Flower, does the best job — she gives a serious calf and foot massage!

I thought it was a VERY nice place. Excellent Mani/Pedi. This place was higher class than most I’ve been to. It was busy, but I got right into a seat. I was happy that they give you a printed out price sheet with detailed descriptions.(and didn’t try and up-sell :)

Before I moved from 29 I went here. I am always one for 2nd chances so I gave this place several chances.(total of 5 visits) 1st time was w/a friend who had a specific girl she loved… but unless u make an appt she is IMPOSSIBLE to get… so I got whatever random guy who didn’t speak a word of English… which I don’t really care about… but he had no clue what I wanted and he took forever. 2nd time same as the 1st… new guy no English 3rd time… happened to get the girl and she somehow convinced me to get a full set… damn it she is a good sales person… I hated my nails and went back to get them off. 4th time… getting them off… up sell up sell up sell…3 hours later nails off and I was pissed. 5th time(LASTTIME) went w/a friend(again) and I wanted gel nails. They insisted that I was getting gel when infact I got acrylic w/gel overlay on top of those. random #3 guy that doesn’t know English messed up again. what was I thinking? shame shame shame on me.

Nails World is affordable, friendly and they do an awesome job! I’ve gotten mani/pedis several times. Always pleasantly happy with their service and style! Great atmosphere to relax and get pampered quickly and inexpensively. :)

I LOVE Nails World, I would never consider going anywhere else! I like that they have a price sheet that they hand you, so no surprises at check out like you get at other nail places. I think the fact that they ladies don’t try and talk to you is a GOOD thing. They concentrate on my pedicure and I concentrate on relaxing. Good selection of polish, clean place, TV is always on something appropriate(Not like 29 Palms Nails down the street). I love this place!

When they first opened, Nails world was the BOMB. Now its gone downhill trying to compete with La Sensi and The Venetian. Waxing is done in a chair, not on a table. Some of the girls are nice, but most dont really talk to you, or even speak good english. They have nice décor but also a HUGETV on the wall and I think the staff gets distracted. My last pedi from there, every toe had a different shade of red and it BUGGED me. Not going back. sorry nails world. you used to be so great. La Sensi is way better and more friendly. plus sanitizing the pedi bowls with 409 is a no-no according to my cosmetology friends.
