Well, I didn’t have the same problem with customer service that other (filtered) reviewers had but then again I didn’t contact them with maintenance issues because I had no expectation of them completing the work in the first place.
The first few houses I looked at with Triad had dead cockroaches in them and were obviously broken down. Finally, I found a house that appeared to be in good condition. I didn’t look closely enough. When I was examining the house more closely for the move-​in condition report, I noticed that almost everything in that house was broken and filthy. In just the bathroom: the toilet didn’t flush properly (you had to jiggle the handle juuust right), the shower had mold, part of the wall was so water damaged that it was crumbling away, and the door was hinged improperly so it didn’t close completely. In the kitchen, the floor was so dirty that I was able to scrub individual squares to make a distinct checkerboard pattern of clean and not clean squares, the counter was pulling away from the wall, the interior of half the cabinets were moldy, the fridge was dirty. Oh, and the swamp cooler was moldy and failed to keep the interior of the house below 100 degrees.
I was meticulous when filling out my move-​in condition report, so I got my security deposit back just fine. And, once again, I didn’t necessarily have a problem with their customer service, I just didn’t expect enough of it to give it a try.
Unfortunately, I had equally bad experiences with all of the other realtors in Twentynine Palms. Traid may be the best option.

I am a property owner in Twenty-​nine Palms and I have been using Triad as property managers for over 5 years.
They screen the tenants well, take great care of my property, communicate like professionals and keep the costs under control. If you own property in Twenty-​nine palms or Joshua tree and you don’t want to manage it yourself, give them a try!

the company helped us find a house in no time and the house was great. BUT. the property management/​maintenance they do sucks. our air conditioning was not working upon move in, i called to tell them and they sent someone over to «fix» it and all they did was change the filter, which did not work at all. the house is equipped with a swamp cooler so we ran the swamp cooler and waited for the air conditioning to get repaired. well in the mean time (4 weeks to repair the ac) the swamp cooler stopped working as well so i called to have them fix it and it took 3 weeks for someone from triad to come change the pump. the repair man left the side of the swamp cooler off completely and didnt even come in to check if it was working, which of course it wasn’t (meanwhile its 111 degrees outside and im 6 months pregnant at the time) so during the 3 weeks they took to fix the swamp cooler i ran the ac set to 65 but it only kept the house at 80 until around 4 pm then the house gets up to 87 till it gets dark then a normal temperature of 75 (which in my opinion is still too hot but better than 95). if i set the ac to 80 it would get up to 100 in the house. mind you i am calling every couple of days to get this fixed because it is not a healthy living condition for a pregnant woman on bed rest. finally my husband takes a look at the swamp cooler himself (even though he is no repair man by any means) and finds the side completely left off and dismantled. the next day after the swamp cooler repair guy with triad came an ac specialist, from triad, came out to «fix» the air conditioner. which now actually gets the house to 75 but the thermostat has to be set to 60. so ive called a million times went in to file a work order and nothing has been done yet. I received my electricity bill for the last month trying to battle the heat because of lack of repair and it is now 348 $ which is completely outrageous. it usually averages 90 – 120. and i am afraid to even turn on the ac now because of the charges from it trying to work in the heat. and i am on bed rest in a house that is 87 degrees with the swamp cooler running on high. I have yet to inform them of this bill or the fact that if they dont compensate for it and repair everything to working order i will seek legal action and break my lease. I moved to twentynine palms from phoenix arizona which is the exact same mojave desert climate and never had a problem like this if i set the house to 72 it was at 72. These managers are negligent and lazy at the expense of the renters!

Triads customer service if horrible. When my family and I moved to 29 palms we needed a realty company to help us look for a home. We found Triad. The women who worked for the rental department was not very helpfull. She told us she would not show us any of the houses untill we went and found our them selves. Which we were new to 29 so we had no idea where anything was. So we drove around untill we could find a house. So we drove back and so we could look at the house. The women seemed like she did not want to deal with us. She said follow me to the house so we could look at it. Well she takes off in her car leaving us way behind. We even lost her and finally met up at the house. She was trying to rush us through the house. She did not seem to know much about the house. We ended up getting the house just because we liked the house. Most of the time they are good about getting back to us when we need something fixed except when it as dealing with our fence. I called them and asked if someone could come out to fix part of our fence that had blown down during a wind storm. They said they would send someone out to look at it. Well 2 weeks go by and no ever shows up so i fix it myself. Three months go by and the fence gets blown down again. So I call Triad being very calm with them. I told them that I had called someone out a few months ago and no ever came out to fix it. The rental supervisor told me that they had sent someone out and talked to the tent telling them that it was not their fence so it was the tents responsability to fix it them selves. I told them that no ever came and talked to my wife or myself. That is when they started to get very rude with me telling me that they had already been out for that I was not telling the truth about someone coming out. The supervisor said that he was going to hang up on me because i was getting snippy with him. I was getting a little angry because I was telling this guy that no came out and he was basically telling me i was a liar. They are very unprofessional even to the military members that serve this contry and city.

Ive been very busy looking for an apartment and found that of all the realtors in 29 palms, Triad Realty is by far the cleanest, most helpful and also the most welcoming realty office ive had the privilege of experiencing.
Julianne was very helpful over the phoneand Liz was there to answer all my questions about the application process, the credit reports, granteur-​ships, and also what other realtors would help with finding an apartment for rent.
the application process is very fast and theres always a property manager on hand to help with any questions. Kenny, the other property manager was very helpful too.
I hope all goes well and well be able to do business with them in the future.
