This place has horrible customer care and service. We have been renting a place and have had too many things breakdown. The heater went out and they took forever to change it. Then the smoke detectors went bad. We changed out all the batteries and the beeping continued. When someone finally came, he said there is a fault in the system. It’s been a month and nothing has been fixed. For some reason, the lights in our bathrooms and bedroom will not come on now. No one has yet to come fix it. For the amount we pay, there should be prompt response to issues of the rental.

There is a high turnover rate here although they are quick to address maintenance request the dance studio there is far from professional. The owners of the company talk crap on about every employee while I was waiting on my daughter in dance class they would bad mouth customers, the receptionist, the dance teachers even because her husband was PCSing. One of the things that got me is that they would bad mouth some of the other dance moms for childish reasons. Seemed like they are stuck in high school with all this bickering and they would just take it out on everyone else.
Maintenance guy was great though always on time and could help as well as our teacher and the rest of the staff when we paid rent and called with questions. They do go through allot of employees though and I can see why.

I rented from Willow Tree for about two years while stationed in 29 Palms. I was coming out of state and did a quick internet search before a househunting trip and found them. I’m glad I decided to go through them. I chose them over other property managers in the area for their reliability and responsiveness in locating the perfect property during my time there.
They were quick to address maintenance concerns and routine work, especially the swamp cooler, and gave me ample time and notification before sending a contractor. I had friends who rented from other companies and heard their horror stories, especially when the AC went out in the summer!
When my military orders changed, they easily accommodated my extension request– twice. Check out was easy, I overlooked a few items in the kitchen to clean, but other than paying for basic upkeep, I got most of my deposit back. I highly recommend them!

We have been renting through Willow Tree for 9 months now and couldn’t be happier! The staff is so friendly and helpful with everything whether it’s paying rent or dealing with a leaky faucet, they will get someone to you immediately. Their rentals are very well priced and CLEAN which is really hard to find out here. You won’t be dissatisfied!
