I didn’t really spend a lot of time at this store, since they were kinda busy & noisy, & for what I needed required some phone calls to home for passcodes & making sure I was correctly added to the family plan as an «authorized user». Since they were kinda noisy & busy, these calls would’ve been more stressful, & I would feel as if I were wasting both my time & theirs. I needed 2 things done: resetting my iPad after it was disabled, & upgrading my iPhone. But they were nice enough to have prompt service to help me with one-on-one attention as soon as I walked in the door. They also referred me to the store a few doors down called«Simply Mac» for resetting my iPad. So my experience here was pretty much«ok».

I am a regular at this mall and I’ve always noticed this kiosk. Recently I saw a commercial of a new AT&T shared mobile plan and I decided to go and check it out and see if it was worth switch the provider over. The employee which helped me was very kind and after a couple of minutes of talking to her, I can tell that she knew what she was doing. Excellent experience and great deals. Service was awesome!
