A quaint quiet little apartment community in the heart of Tyler near many of the areas hot spots. They offer many amenities and conveniences that not all apartments provide. Such as a pool, fitness center and covered parking if desired. I would have to say one pit fall (negative) they have would have to be the pits in their asphalt around the parking lot. I would say that it would be a good investment of your time to check them out if you’re in the process of looking for an apartment. That’s just my take on things.

I’ve Been living here since since August and I don’t have any problems, I love the area where I am and it’s very convenient with stores such as Brookshire’s, restaurants such as Breakers and the movie theater as well, my neighbors are very quite people and they don’t bother, they keep to themselves, very nice people.
