In today trying to find a specialty antenna extension cable for iridium phone system in the Merlin ship. Sure enough, after searches at the local Radio Shack, Lowe’s, Best Buy… Cole Cellular came through for us. Not an easy item to find outside the aviation radio shops. Thanks folks. You helped us a lot.

Horrible service and dishonest people. I took my phone in to have my motherboard replace. When they replaced it, my camera quit focusing. They told me they would replace the camera for free, he took it back brought it back out. But the problem didn’t get resolved so he said it must be a faulty motherboard and that I would have to wait for another one to come in. 6MONTHS later and several phone calls I finally just take my phone in. they said they had another motherboard to replace it again. Turns out that the camera was just smudged on the inside from a dirty finger. That HE touched! We just opened my phone up to replace a cracked screen and my husband notices there are pieces missing from the phone. DONOTTRUSTYOURPHONETOTHEM!!!

I would not recommend Coles for cell phone repairs. It’s not that they didn’t eventually fix the phone, but it took 4 trips and several phone calls to get it done. It seems that whoever called last gets the attention, but if they say they will call you don’t hold your breath.

Would recommend you go anywhere but here! The service is TERRIBLE. The child, he couldn’t be more than 15, working the counter has absolutely no customer service training. He couldn’t give me a direct answer about what was going on. Let me wait for over half an hour before telling me my phones wouldn’t be done that day. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS. For what I paid to have two screens fixed I could have bought two brand new phones.

Would not recommend anybody coming here for repairs. They have had my ipad2 for over 3 weeks and have still not repaired it or even started on it. Dropped off to have screen and LCD replaced and whatever else needed fixing. Was told would be about a week to repair. Called back a week later, still not done. No big deal I work out of town I’ll call back a week a later, call them back still not done. Was told at that point would be fixed by the next day. Called back another week later and was told still not done gonna start in it tonight should be done tomorrow. My problem isn’t the time it’s taking to repair, I just don’t like being lied to or given the run around. I would not recommend this business to anyone that feels the same way. Update, finally for ipad back 5 weeks later. Was given a bunch of excuses on why it took so long non that meant anything to me given previous experiences with them. Upon further inspection of my returned ipad which keep in mind was fairly new and well taken care of, notice back was a scratched all over and dent in one corner of back piece. Explains why he gave me a free cover on it to cover up him using used parts to repair my ipad and charge me full price for new parts. In hindsight I would have just been better sending back to apple for the repairs then messing around with this non customer friendly business! Hope this saves someone some time and frustration.
