Used to go there alot, but they went up on the price, and stopped having endless bowls, and I guess the manager is trying to be a thug, with his gross sagging pants, such a good role model for the young guys that work there, NOT! Evidently, corporate doesn’t care, because I’ve sent two emails about the manager, no reply, so I’d rather go somewhere, where the manager and employees aren’t trying to be a wigger.

I don’t understand he hype with this place… the food was flavorless and it took forever to order. I doubt I’ll be going there again.

It was really good. Way better than the first time that I was here. The food was really good! I love the fact that you can go pick out you meats and your veggies. The server was fast and responsive as well as knowlagable about the food. I will eat here more often.

Selection is good but they burnt our food. The vegetables had black crusty grill matter stuck to them and made the whole bowl taste terrible. The«fried rice» was mushy and unseasoned. Service not great, they are barely attentive. Also wasn’t aware they had stopped the bottomless bowl, that’s the reason we used to come. I guess prices weren’t terrible, but didn’t seem like a lot for the money. We won’t be back.

This place is pathetic. Food is average, service is horrendous. Dirty dishes unbussed. Clueless staff. Bar tender did not know how to make birthday martini. This place is shameful, I am willing to bet corporate has no clue this place is ruining their name. No way I am going back in Longview.

THEYSTEALMONEYFROMYOURCARD!!! My husband and I had dinner there 6÷23÷15, my bill was 54.08, they charged my card 162.24 and I’ve been getting the run around for a week now!!! They take my number and information and tell me they’re going to get it straightened out, but never call back, DONOTEATHERE!!! The food isn’t worth the trouble they have caused me.

I went here recently and the food was good but the service was mediocre. Wish I could give more stars but when I went here with my grandma a few months ago the waiter short changed her. It wasn’t an accident either because when she confronted him about it he had it right in his pocket.

Not a bad place for lunch. Stopped in with folks from work, found it to be fast, flavorful, and a great selection of veggies, meats, spices, and sauces for the stir-fry. Definitely want to try this place again before i leave town.

After hearing nothing but great things from friends about this place I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed the food was great and the service was just as good.

It was one of our favorite places to eat. Today we went there to eat and there was a huge cockroach on the floor, must have been three inches long. The worst thing about it was, the manager didn’t seem to care

While the food is pretty good … I gave 2 stars because while you CAN do takeout they only do it if you place the order INPERSON. With 2 kids under 4 yrs old, I can’t sit and wait 20 mins. 1÷9÷13 Decided to go here and sit inside since can’t do takeout. I wasn’t very impressed. The stir dry veggies were frozen in the container, they were out of mushrooms and the kitchen took a long time to get our appetizer out. Our bowls(aka main course) came out 10 mind before our pot sticker(aka appetizer). Food was good but this strike 2 for me. I usually give 3 strikes so I’ll try once more.

Its good and something different. Doesn’t even come close to comparing to BD’s Mongolian Grill. Sometimes the ingredients don’t always seem too fresh and the service is usually pretty slow getting the bowl back to you.

Food was great(hard to mess that up!) but service was very slow. Even though it wasn’t very crowded, it seemed very chaotic and it was incredibly noisy… much more noisy than I remember other Genghis being.

We love the food here but seem to get terrible service every time we go. This is the second time that we have walked into this restaurant without being greeted or them even acknowledging we are waiting at the door. We just walked out because three servers were talking to each other while we stood and waited at the door. Texas Road House had a lot to gain from being located right next door.

Great food for a buffet style place. Most people who say they don’t like the food probably can ‘t cook well. Considering you choose your own ingredients, seasoning, and sauce… if it’s bad, it’s no ones fault but your own. Service is terrible though, huge room for improvement. The atmosphere and seating arrangements are the worse thing about this place. Seating is VERY cluttered, and not set up for large parties. Again, food is great but everything else needs work.

Not anything special. I love the concept of choosing your ingredients and they cook it. I guess I just stink at coming up with recipes… I’ve never had anything great. I’ll leave the recipe building to the pros.

I have been at this location before. The food is grilled and you have the option to select your own mix of meat and or veggies. I’m not sure what’s going on with these quasi fast food restaurants, but I have noticed that busing tables has become a thing of the past. I don’t care if the plates have been removed from the table, wipe the table and the seats after the customer leaves the establishment.

Best mongolian bbq ever. I look for reasons to drive 40 minutes to Tyler just to stop by here.

The place is packed but I don’t really know what all the hype is about. As previously stated, the atmosphere is not appealing — very«fast foodish». When you come in you’re given a metal bowl with a sauce sidecar and shuffled through the stir fry«buffet» line where you choose your meat(s), seasoning for the meats(powdered only), veggies(a decent assortment), and sauce. Yes, there are tasting spoons for the sauce but I immediately wonder if anyone double dipped. You have to taste the sauce or you could come up with a mis-match combination with your meat/veggie choices. Then, you take your selections to a grill where they are assigned a number and you are given the corresponding tag to put at your table where your food will be delivered after being cooked. At the grill you indicate the starch(es) you want including rice, brown rice, fried rice, udon noodles, or tortillas(?!?). I guess the taste of the dish depends on your stir fry combination capabilites, but I like my at home stir fry better than this. The finished product was quite bland though I tried to choose for flavor. It would be easy to get carried away or off track and have a horrible flavor combination. When it was all said and done, the food was boring, the atmosphere was loud and chaotic, and there was really nothing that made me want to come back. I’ll stick to Liangs for fresh made, table served oriental food with flavor and variety.
