Very nice and inviting place. Had the Frans Chicken sandwich and a slice of coconut cake. The sandwich was, unfortunately, pre made, which made the bread soggy. Lots of ingredients but little or no mayo to hold together and so much celery there wasn’t much taste. No spices at all so really bland. The coconut cake was really delicious.

Cute little natural food store and a bistro in one. If you want to eat healthy this is the place to go. Service was great and I love how the staff come and check in on the patrons.

I always feel so healthy after eating here. Great hot plate daily specials but I love the egg salad sandwich & salad bar. Great for local health food but not cheap. I always see friends here and you can even pick up your vitamins.

My mother-​in-​law takes me here nearly every time I’m in Tyler. It’s a small health food/​supplements store with a simple café inside. The salad bar is really terrific and I’ve really enjoyed the avocado sandwich. Each day they offer a different iced herbal tea… yum!

This is the perfect spot for an enjoy healthy lunch. The shrimp tacos are my personal favorite and after your meal don’t forget to grab some fresh cookies!
