I hope the owner knows how horrible the customer service is at this location.
I went in the other day and the girl messed up my order and then up charged me to correct it. Then promised me 3 times I wouldn’t be charged twice. The next day my bank statement showed I had been as I feared charged twice. So I called that morning to see if they would refund the money, the girl told me she didn’t know how to do a refund. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! So she said she would give me two free smoothies to make up for it. I show up and the person there says I can only have one. So basically they are giving me the one I paid for, not trying to compensate me at all for the mistake. I have never been to a business that seemed to care less about the customer and retaining business. I also USED to by protein powder from them, but I will be going somewhere else from now on.

I don’t usually drink smoothies but I love this place, Smoothie King has all kinds of tastes for smoothies and if your looking to drop the weight they sale weight loss drinks, pills, and bars. Since I just found out about this place I have been getting a medium banana Berry Passport and paying $ 8, the cup almost looks as if its large cup!
