I’ve lived here for two months now, and enjoying every minute of it. The apartment units are top of the line with stainless steel appliances, crown molding throughout, garden tubs, and walls that aren’t your typical boring white. Even has a doggie shower, which is good seeing how most everyone has a dog. The complex also has a great pool and two charcoal grilling areas for entertaining. With many of the residents being young professionals or college kids, it is surprisingly quite. I’ve never had any problems with load music late at night. If you’re looking for an apartment in the Tyler area, this is a great complex to look at. Also, very convenient to UT Tyler.
