First time to visit, the staff was very helpful, they let us taste some of the sauces before we ordered. I got the butter chicken, it was very tasty! My kids enjoyed the dragon chicken on the kids meal. Good prices, will definitely return.

Staff was very friendly. Fast service. Fast food type Asian foods. Definitely better than eating at McDonald’s, etc. One thing that was absolutely outstanding were the Kimchi balls. Definitely get those if you go here, they are delish.

This place is pretty expensive for Chinese food. The portions are small and the food is just alright. Would rather go down the road to Mings or Panda Express.

Good fast asian food. Not the best outdoor seating area but better than none at all. The location in not the best in town.

Service is really quick and worth my visit. The butter chicken is good, and Cheesy kimchi fire balls is something you should try.

This place is great. I discovered it because I saw a delivery car out on the street. The next day I was there ordering to go. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He asked about my preference in sauces and then gave me a few samples of sauces I would like. I finally picked the sweetest one and I chose tofu as my protein with my vegetables and udon noodles. I like the fact that they even allow you to pick the type of noodles you like. I ordered the kimchi balls and those were absolutely amazing. The manager also gave me a coupon after I texted a number with a link. I got two free spring rolls. Portions were great and the flavor was good. It was definitely good quality food. I would complain about the price and how it is high for take-out but I loved the quality and I believe that the money was worth it. I will definitely be visiting this place again.

Fast, friendly, the food is awesome. My daughter had the kids crispy chicken with rice and teriyaki dipping sauce with apple juice for only $ 3.99. I had the butter chicken curry with brown rice and naan bread $ 6.99 small size. Delicious that’s all we can say. This was my first time to ever eat curry. I really liked it a lot. Bathrooms are clean. Bathroom door was a bit heavy for my daughter to open. Clean dining room too. We will come back.

My first Wok Box experience in Tyler, Texas was a disappointed. The udon noodles were too thick, too chewy and too many. I had 20 times the noodles to vegetables. I think I had one piece of broccoli. Spring rolls were tasty but I burned the inside of my mouth w/hot grease when I bit into it. I also thought the taste was rather bland and watered down. Lastly, for what I received I did think it was a rather pricey lunch when compared to other restaurants. On a good note the young man who waited on me was very polite and helpful. He did a good job.

The customer service was good, food was out fast and was also good. The noodles were a tad undercooked and it was not the Kung pao I’ve had in many other restaurants. Also, it said spicy but it was hardly that.

I will only stick with the butter chicken when coming here. I tried a noodle bowl and it was bland and had very little sauce. With that being said I will only come here when I need a quick bite because there are a a couple good Indian restaurants in town now that I would prefer instead.

I’d rate this as just average. It’s ok for a quick bite if you’re in a rush. I’d opt for Wei Pei if I had a choice. I had the Singapore cashew noodle box with chicken. It had a sriracha peanut sauce with a nice little kick. I was wanting a plain peanut sauce but they don’t have it. The chow me in noodles had. Weird texture to them as though they were wheat or slightly undercooked. The dish had way more noodles than veggies. I probably wouldn’t return unless I was in a time crunch. FYI: They do serve beer

I’ve gotten take out here twice… the first time I got the Indian butter chicken w/naan and kimchi balls, it was all fantastic… today I got the Thai red curry with Asian vegetables and gyoza, both very good. I’m determined to try everything before repeat ordering.

After some unexpected errands last night, the husband and I ended up ordering takeout from here. I got the Indian Butter Chicken and thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought the portions were sized well… it was 8:45pm by the time we ordered, so I ordered a regular instead of small. Next time I will definitely do small! I will come back to try some more items!

I have gone to Wok Box various time since it’s opened and I love it, I always order Indian butter Chicken and it’s always so big for me to eat the whole thing. I’ve gone so many times they already know what I’m going to order as well as family and friends, I amazed of how they remember our orders after it’s been a while that we’ve passed by to grab a bit. I’ve recommended this place to friends and they love it. I’ve never had a bad experience here, I’ve gone last minute before they closed and they still said they can give me my order. There may be bad reviews from some people on here but I believe everyone has an option about it. Try it.

Gross. I feel like they owe me gas money. Couldn’t even finish my lunch, and I was starving.

Changing my opinion about this place after the owner(?) ARGUING with me that there was nothing wrong with the soda machine when it repeatedly kept spewing carbonated water instead of am accurately mixed soft drink. Not only did he argue with me but he argued with the customer who came after me. P. S. Don’t ask for tips when I order at your cash register and serve myself.

Having had great Indian food, I write & review this knowing that this is quick food. Having said that, I was very impressed with the Indian Butter Chicken on white rice(comes with naan bread and springs rolls. I enjoyed it all, came quickly even at rush hour, staff very nice, atmosphere very clean. Good Job, I will be back.

Love this place. Went there today when I was back in Tyler for business and was very impressed. Think Pei Wei with a more diverse menu. I went with the Cashew Chicken with the Shanghai noodles. Great flavor, not overly-sauced. The fresh bean sprouts and cilantro on top gave it that fresh taste. The serving size was huge, so I felt like I got the bang for my buck. My business partner had the Beef Phở which I got to sample. Again — delicious. I tend to prefer Phở Ga, which Wox Box doesn’t have on the menu, but this was excellent. We also split the Samosas. I’ve never had Samosas outside of today, but I liked what I tasted. Clean environment, friendly service, excellent patio. Put something other than soccer on the t.v. and you’re looking at a 6-star ranking.
