Bianco’s Catering

I agree with all the other wonderful reviews. This is the place to go for excellent food and great service. These guys exceeded my expectations. They made my event of 125+ seamless. Stayed in contact with me, delivered the food on time, delivered some of the best tasting italian food (stuffed shells, meatballs, sausage pepper and onions, lasagna, salad with house dressing) all to die for! They are now one of my favorite go to places.

The food exceeded my expectations! Sesame chicken skewers with apricot dipping sauce and crab cakes with lime aioli were both a huge hit. The chicken was all white meat. I was worried because the crab cakes seemed mushy/​bready when I was transferring them on the baking sheet, but they were actually filled with big pieces of crab and fresh herbs.
I initially wasn’t planning to have to heat up the food at home (cooking the crab cakes and warming up the chicken), but the instructions were clearly written on the packaging, so it wasn’t a problem.
All interactions with the staff here were super pleasant and professional. The chef was there when we came to pick the food up, and he was a friendly guy! The only problem is I can’t seem to get their website to load?

This company deserves a million stars — for amazing food, professional and courteous staff and overall integrity and cost!
I am in charge of planning events in the company I work for. We were planning an open house on very short notice — probably a week or so — and I needed catering. I don’t remember where I heard this name before, but I called them and both Patrick (owner) and Jessica were very kind, helpful and the prices were great. We chose hot apps (cooked ON SITE! um, wow) as well as dessert. I am sitting here typing this eating the Tiramisu we have left over (don’t judge me).
They came, they conquered. I mean, seriously — everyone was asking who the catering was and where they could find them to talk about catering an event! I am in love with their apps, especially the brie, asparagus and phyllo dough (TO. DIE. FOR.)
All in all, if you want great catering (food, reasonable price and short notice to boot) then you need to call these lovely people! A+
Now, back to my Tiramisu…

I emailed Bianco’s a week before our event when our original catering plan fell through. They provided exactly what we needed for a very reasonable price, were accommodating, and were a pleasure to work with. Bianco’s even threw in a few extra chicken breasts in case, and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend!
