I live in Tyngsboro and visited this place twice, it was really relaxing. The masseuse got magic hands and was friendly the whole time. Whe I walked out of the wellness center, the pressure melted away, the best deal $ 50 female special of 1 hour bodywork is totally the best deal I could find in town.
Definitely will keep coming back again!!!

I’ve been a licensed and practicing massage therapist for 10 years! There is NO way these people are trained, licensed, or should be practicing massage. They should be closed down! They are going to hurt somebody. She did not know what my spine was, I had to tell her to stop pushing on it.
Super unprofessional and rude as well. After the worst so called massage Iv’e ever received they asked me if I was going to «pay tip» I was discussed and walked out, I usually tip over 20%. NOT HERE!

Owner might be the worst customer service person I have ever encountered. I had a groupon for 3 body work sessions that didn’t expire until October. I called this morning to make an appointment. My appt was at 6pm so I got a baby sitter and headed over looking forward to a nice massage. As soon as I walked in she stared at me awkwardly then started yelling at me that I had been there once before and I could not use a groupon. I explained that it did not say «for first time customers only». I had gone there once before a long time ago. I have bought several groupons more than once if they post a new deal. But this woman didn’t understand how groupon works and refused to honor it. I would have been ok if she just told me I couldn’t use it, how to get my money back and gave me a discount price on a massage for that evening right off the bat… But she yelled at me for about 5 plus minutes and when I got upset offered a discount for this time. At this point I was so upset I had to just storm out. I have never been treated so poorly at a place that is supposed to be a relaxing experience. So maybe she should get her business off groupon if she doesn’t want to honor the deals she post to it. If she continues to treat customers this why I’m sure they will be out of business soon. Sad part is I always post good reviews to help small businesses but this experience was so bad I want to save others from being treated this way.
