Dunkin Dounuts

I love the hot caramel swirl macchiato here. Fast service and coffee extra hot just the way I like it. I’m glad that they now offer macchiatos here for a cheaper price then Starbucks. They also offer a lot more options then just coffee.

Gotta give credit where credit is due. Great service, friendly faces, expedient service. If in area again I know where to go. Keep up the great work!

I just left here 30mins ago and let me say that this by far is the worst service ever. My 3 year old, and 9 year wanted ice cream after ballet class. So we decided to
Come here. Boy was that a big mistake. Walked in both guys working there are sitting at the tables. Hmm… ok guess there isn’t any traffic so you guys can just sit on your behinds and do nothing. Well one of the guys decided to service us. did he not wash his hands? I didn’t see it nor did he have on gloves. Well I told myself maybe he did and I just didn’t notice. Fast forward. We ordered 3 ice creams. I’m thinking we are going to eat inside because it’s cold, raining, and I do not want a mess in my car. Looked at the table all of the tables were dirty and 2 had hair on them. Remind you another worker is still sitting there doing nothing. So I asked if he could clean the table. Both had an attitude about it. As if it was the end of the world. And the pretty boy sitting there took his good ol time cleaning the table. I stood there all of 5 to 7mins holding three cones while he walked to the back very slowly and back to the front very slowly to wash 4 damn tables. And then he complained about me asking for them to wash the table when a customer came in that seem to be his friend. I decided to leave and just risk my car getting dirty after feeling disrespected over politely asking someone to do their job. When I say bad customer service at its best. The sad part about this is that these young men have no respect for their jobs, themselves, or women. If you do not like your job then quit. Sad to say this is not my first incident here but it’s definitely my last. I refuse to go somewhere that I spend my hard earn $$ and get treated like shit. It’s sad that you can’t get good service in your own community.

I stood in line for over 20 mins. No one even acknowledged us. Their only excuse was they was the only 2 here. Keep in mind customers that walked in to get coffee was served before they decided to fix my ice cream.

I am a frequent patron to this particular Dunkin Donuts and today I sat in the drive thru 2 minutes with no one answering to take my order. Therefore I didn’t get my morning coffee from one of my favorite spots and sadly won’t be going to again.

Stopped in to get some coffee and donuts. The area is a little sketchy with the closed down mall and what not but the restaurant was extremely clean and convenient to the interstate. The staff was super friendly and even gave me coupons for the next trip. It is combined with Baskin Robbins so if the kids wanted some ice cream too it would be a nice spot. Free wifi (you’ll have to get the password from the staff). Would definitely come back!

Service was fast and courteous. It was Sat am friendly staff

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Happy Day!
They just built this new Dunkin Doughnuts in the remnants of what used to be a Blockbuster video. Now I must say that the person who designed this DD was a genius. If you lived in the area when the Blockbuster was open (early 2000’s, their busiest days) you would know that this location wasn’t great for car traffic and could barely fit one car, let alone space for two driving in. So I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a gosh darn drive thru. Could not f’ing believe it. My first time here I got a dozen one Saturday morning consisting of 4 strawberry frosted, 3 chocolate frosted, 2 glazed, and 2 red velvet. Now, I have learned that DD usually has their freshest doughnuts in the morning, and since they have no traffic/​accident inducing sign like Kryspy Kreme, I have no way of knowing when the best doughnuts are out throughout the day. So if I get some its in the morning. These doughnuts were so fresh… I need a moment… the box was empty half way through the day. I’m guilty.
Price: Compared to Kryspy Kreme their dozen is a bit pricey. I had a $ 1 off coupon and still ended up paying like 7.58.
Service: Very good service. When the young lady had to make sure she had my order right, she had no problem going back to switch out two of my doughnuts. Whether I said the order wrong or she heard the order wrong was not an issue and she was nice about it.
Misc: DD get a hot light… or a fresh light. I only buy their doughnuts in the morning since I know that is when they are fresh. All other times I skip stopping since I don’t want staleish ones.
