If it wasn’t for location and its closeness to the highway I would never visit this Starbucks. I come here almost every other morning and they’re either out of something so I have to change my order, or they make the wrong drink. It’s very seldom that I stop by and have no issue at all. Customer service is great, but that means nothing when all else is a mess.

Been here several times and they still trying to get it together. Customer service is bad and they are super slow when it come to getting drinks out. Management is not good here. If it wasn’t for the Starbucks name, I don’t see this lasting long here.(two thumbs down)

This is a new Starbucks close to the Fairburn/Peachtree City exit. The interior and décor is beautiful. Everything seems clean, new, and in order, but I think this is a better place for socializing than for studying, so I took the time to write this review. When I entered there were some teenagers who I thought were in line, but it turns out they were only gossiping with the baristas. No big deal, I took this time to grab a seat. I got back in line(the teens still hadn’t moved) but the barista asked what I wanted anyway, and motioned me to the other register. She wasn’t friendly but she was concise. She took my order, swiped my card and a few minutes later one of the teens brought my drink, which was nice, I think. I’m sitting in one of their new leather chairs writing this review right now. The location is great for me, but it also seems to be great for high school students because they’ve been laughing all night. I think it’s good because they don’t have any other place to hang out. From now, I’ll use this location for socializing.

This Starbucks is brand-new just opened about a week ago the service was great everything was really fast and quick very courteous. If you going to be drinking your coffee at the table let them know because they can put it in a real coffee mug as opposed to have paper cup. I’m kind of scared to post it because it was so nice to go in there and not be a crowded horrible Atlanta Starbucks.
