Kwan Kim – ADT Authorized Dealer

I found Kwan through his Unilocal page and saw all the great feedback everyone gave about him so I gave him a call. He was very informative about which packages would be best for my place. He wanted to save me as much money as possible by cutting out any unnecessary costs. Kwan set up an appointment for the next day to check out my place. He was very friendly and showed me which areas would need installation the most. I filled out the paperwork there and his technician Bahaa came in the day to do the installation. Bahaa was also great during the process. Overall these guys are awesome and I’m glad I went to them for my alarm system. Thanks guys!

I researched a number of security services before choosing to contract with ADT through Kwan Kim. This was our first time looking into an alarm system.
Kwan earned my business by responding to my initial call in a timely manner and offering to meet in person at my convenience. Kwan came to our appointment on time and was dressed professionally. He inquired about our security needs, assessed the home to make recommendations and answered questions with patience and clarity. He took his time and did not pressure us to make a decision.
Our system installation was done by Bahaa Teeti, a truly professional technician with exceptional customer service skills. He was polite, personable, efficient and detail oriented. Bahaa made sure the system was working then taught us how to use it. He made sure we felt comfortable operating it.

Kwan is the most professional ADT dealer that I have met. Though we did not install the security through him, we learned a lot about our existing ADT program and the things to watch out for. He helped us save a lot of unnecessary cost by pointing out what we really need in a security system.

House in Fremont was broken in two weeks ago, Kwan came by the day after the incident. He came by two days later to explain the system and cost in detail, very clear explanation. Bahaa came by the next day to install the system and explained how to use it, again very clear explanation. Wished I have the system installed earlier.

I just purchased a house in Union City and we wanted to install an alarm system, so searched on Unilocal and found Kwan Kim. I called him up and he provided me all the details of the service and charges, he was also very accommodating in terms of my work schedule and agreed to meet after hours which was very convenient for us.
When we met, he walked us through the house explaining where everything will go and also why, he didn’t try to sell us anymore and only focused on what was necessary which was great. So after the walk through, we sat and signed the paper work and all the charges he quoted me on the phone were exactly what we signed for, dealing with comcast for so long, I’ve become jaded and expected the worst, but it ended up being exactly as we discussed which was great.
So after the paper, he had already scheduled somebody to come in in two days and that person was on time, actually he was early. His name was moe and came in installed everything and walked us through how to use properly and help us test it through. Very helpful
Overall, great experience and highly recommend him if considering an alarm system.

Kwan Kim helped us all the way installing our ADT alarm system. From our contract questions and problems, he was always there to give us a hand. Even after everything was installed, he was still there to clarify everything for you. I highly recommend him if you want someone who won’t just leave you in thin air after locking you in their contract.

It was a wonderful experience to work with Kwan. He is very knowledgeable about the alarm system in general and the ADT product in particular. He spent two more hours explaining to me and my husband the details, and suggested the plan that is exactly what we need. The installation was very efficient — we had all the sensors installed in the next two days. The technician, Bahha, is very nice and professional. He came by twice, spending a lot of time checking the wireless connection in our area. He patiently showed us how to use the device. We are satisfied with and appreciative of their great service!

Kwan has my highest recommendation for anyone who is in the market for an alarm system.
He was able to accommodate our schedules by meeting my wife and I after work. I requested a quote for only the products that I needed and he did not try to sell me anything more. His quote was lower then the ones I received from ADT online and another local alarm company.

What a pleasure doing business with him.
