Starbucks

I always ask for light ice and instead of only giving me a couple pieces of ice they fill up the whole cup with ice instead. Basically you can finish a tall drink with only a couple sips and still a full cup of ice.

This is the best starbucks to go to! All the baristas here can make good coffee! The best customer service! And very fast! People here give optimal service and they’re always pleasant! Highly recommended!

I asked for nonfat and got whole milk… Disappointed would like better service. Never any parking.

Waiting for a drink for too long. The crew is calling out on drinks she made she doesn’t even know. One of the drinks I ordered I mentioned specifically to use soy milk since I am having problems with the regular milk on lattes. Alas, i now ended up having stomach problems again from the drink they gave me today. Also, they’re caliing out drinks without names of their customer. There was three of us waiting for the same kind of latte, we dont even know who’s drink was that for that we had to wait. I understand that they can be busy but other starbucks are way busier but are still efficient, and not causing problems to customers. Thank you soooo much for causing me stomach problems again. A reminder to never come to your place ever again!

it’s gotta be the dirtiest store I’ve been to. wrappers and spills on the floor. the milk/​sugar station is dirty and sticky.

They have a great morning staff.
This location is conveniently located during the end of my commute and in an apartment complex (lucky them).
Every time I walk in this Starbucks the store front is clean and organized. There are pastries and the refrigerated goods are stocked.

This is my normal SB I go to almost every morning. My usual drink is a Caramel Frappuccino extra caramel no whip cream. 90% of the time is done correctly, the other 10% well lets say just stab me in the eye with a dull pencil. A majority of the employees know me there so they know exactly what I want and how I want it but every time this particular employee is at the bar making the drinks she can never make mine right even if her life depended on it. Then when I tell her that there should be no whip cream she makes a fuss about it and scoops out the whip cream and just about half my drink that I collected so many soda cans to pay for. Ok maybe a little exaggeration but you get the idea.
My pet peeve is why bother to write on the cup the drink order if you aren’t going to read it in the first place, next time just draw me a stick figure. I would like to give this place 4 stars but every time my star-​o-​meter starts to rise that one incident brings it back down. Hopefully upper management reads this and make some changes.

I had a problem with my drink the other day, and Alex dumped it and made a new one, the next day I came in, and he remembered and apologized again, even though he did not make the first one. This place is right near my house, so I am happy that I feel good coming here, I feel welcome. Today Kat made my drink, and asked me about my day, and Caroline got my wife’s drip coffee, and asked how we were. With some recent challenges in my life, I am grateful for these guys to give me a wake up drink, and genuinely care.

Not good. I think it’s a lack of teamwork, which is opposite of what you see at every other Starbucks. My breakfast sandwich was somehow forgotten, and a guy who came after me received the same sandwich. I politely reminded them and didn’t mind waiting, but the employees began blaming each other. Finally the girl who rang me up huffed, «I’ll get that for you.» Umm, thanks. So she throws my sandwich in the oven and it’s all discombobulated. So I got a sandwich with the top sliding off. Lol. But the misto with coconut was good so I’ll give a couple stars.

Today was kind of disappointing. I paid 55 cents extra for extra caramel. Usually they do it all around the cup. Today it was just on top. The only reason I’m not going any lower on 4 stars is because I understand its a new person working. I’m sure next time we’ll make it the way I like it

My go-​to Starbucks. I’ve been coming here since it opened, and everybody is super nice. I left my gold card once at their store and didn’t even realize it until I came in the next time when they handed it to me. I guess you know you’re a regular when the baristas start to recognize you!
They had a recent staff change. Lots of friendly new faces. Drinks are always yummy especially with their new single-​origin espresso. It’s a smaller location but with a lot of tables for their size. There’s a line of comfy cushioned benches on one side of the store, and I’ve spent a few hours there on more than one occasion working on my laptop. Fast wifi. A good number of outlets.

I think this is the only Starbucks where the employees are all very sweet and upbeat. For the past couple years I always come for there half off fraps since its from the 1^st-​10^th (which last day always lands on my birthday) So I always treat myself. It gets so crazy at all the Starbucks for this special but I’m just blown away and how calm and collective they were. Ill def be coming here more often since its right down the street from my house.

If you want a nice quiet place to study in the morning this is the place to be. After 3pm it gets a little busy and noisy. The drinks taste the same as any other Starbucks, but the staff is friendly. Also they have portable chargers for your phones so that’s a plus. Overall it’s a nice environment

I’ve been to this place 3 times but today is my first time ordering ice coffee. The staff are friendly and nice but I am super disappointed with my drink that I ordered. I ordered a venti ice coffee with a little room for cream but I didn’t realized that all I had is ICE on my drink. Literally, I drink my coffee within 5 minutes and that’s when I saw that it was all ice. Ice was more than half full and I even saw the barista who made my drink even removed some of the ice. I had never experience this with starbucks before. And to think that I go to starbucks everyday. This is a big disappointment for me. Just what the hell? If I wanted just ice, I could have just asked for a whole cup of ice. Is this really how they make coffee here in this starbucks because this is ripping people off. I couldn’t even enjoy a nice coffee. I would never come to this location of starbucks ever again. And would never recommend this place.

Holiday season is here!

Always great service and almost always never run out of food or pastries! Love their drinks and strong enough coffee for me. Great location by all residence on Mission Blvd. There are some private parking by the condos here. The parking area is very small here. I hope they never close this location down!

This is my favorite Starbucks of all time. It opened up while I was still going to middle school at Barnard and it still makes for an amazing study place with free wi-​fi. I don’t know what it is about this particular Starbucks that allows me to focus and get into the studying mood. Their coffee isn’t any more special and its layout contains the some chic interior designs as all the other Starbucks. The one thing though, you can always hear the co-​workers gossiping or talking smack about so and so during the non-​peak hours – it’s actually pretty entertaining xD When I need my coffee fix or a place to study whenever I go back home, this Starbucks is my spot.

This place is awesome it’s quiet and relaxing love the staffs very friendly eventhough I don’t drink Starbucks much wen I do this is my fav place to go and garb my iced coffee
You guys should differently check this place out location is not bad it’s just right on mission blvd with great view

Like I said, this place will always feel like home. That being said, some of the new people need to step up their game – have more product knowledge and look like you belong here! You should be making me feel better, not the other way around…
