They have a good chef so the food is usually good but almost everyone who works there this is incompetent and rude. They need to work on their customer service, Specifically the guys who pick up the phone.

I hit this place during lunch occasionally for different items, ranging from: Chicken caeser salad, a slice of pizza, meatballs. They’ve always been pretty decent. I have also used them to deliver a few boxes of pizza for parties for my students at work. They’ve always allowed me to order a head of time, and have always been prompt with the delivery of the food. Their Caeser salad is very simple, lettuce, chicken, dressing, croutons, straight to the point, but I’ve always enjoyed it very much. Definitely give this place a try.

Best pizza I’ve ever had. Growing up Termini was a Friday night staple. My family would sit around the table and have this amazing pizza ever single Friday night. Now as an adult I can’t walk by without stopping to get a slice.

Our family stayed in Union City while touring NYC. One night we walked over to Termini Pizzeria. When we walked in, my wife gave me this look — this place can’t be good. Boy, am I glad we stayed. We ordered large plain cheese pie and its huge. The pie is more like an extra large. Pizza came out hot and was really delicious. My kids devoured the pie. Thought the pizza was way better than some of the highly rated places in NYC. My kids wanted to go back the second night. Highly recommend if your in the area.

Penne Vodka: Outstanding! I love the crunchy peas. Comes with a large loaf of bread. Mixed Salad: good size for the price also comes with a loaf of bread. Buffalo chicken salad: I’ve had better ask for extra hot sauce on the side because they put barley any hot sauce on the chicken. Chicken Parm sub: Good size. Enough for leftovers. Ask for extra sauce on the side so it’s not dry when you reheat. Overall a great place to order from. I wish they would post their menu online.

God bless this place. Used to come here as a kid after school. Still swing by when I can. The same guys have run this place forever and pretty much have perfected their craft. You can try pretty much anything. Their penne vodka is ridiculous. Your face will melt all proper like.

Best delivery place I know. The place is one of the only real Italian food restaurants in NJ, lasagna is outstanding, I can’t stop ordering from there.

Just got home from this place! Owner greeted me when I came in and was very friendly. Ordered a plain slice and a Snapple which came out to $ 3.95. I thought that was reasonable. Sat down and waited for my slice. Clean environment with several tables along the walls. Loved my slice! Flavorful and had just the right texture. Have to try something else from here next time so I can comment further.

The food here is usually really good. Unfortunately, tonight I won’t be able to review the food since I never received it. I called to place a delivery order at 6:20PM and was rudely told by the person who answered the phone that it would take over an hour. I decided then that I would pick up my order as I live nearby. Guy told me 15 – 20 min. No big deal. When I got there they were super busy. Friday night so I understand and I’m very patient as I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the counter, so to speak. But I must’ve watched at last 6 – 7 take out orders go out, on top of everything going on inside. I asked twice about my order and was told to give them a few minutes. 30 minutes waiting inside and I ask one of the owners if it’s coming out now cause if not, I’m leaving and forget about it. He said that his cook made the wrong item. I ordered veal, he made chicken. Mistakes happen in restaurants. I’m ok with that, but I do expect you to make it right if you drop the ball. At this point the good business move is to offer me the dish I ordered at least at a 50% discounted rate and you, the owner, make it yourself, so I leave with my food and don’t feel like I just got kicked in the b… too, you know? At least that’s what I’d do if I owned the place. Well that didn’t happen. I left hungry and disappointed with Termini’s ability to handle a high volume night that they’re obviously understaffed for and their lack of loyalty to a loyal customer. With all the pizzerias in the area, you know I’ll never be back. Keep in mind the food here is good, but you may be better off ordering from here on weeknights. If not, be prepared to deal with a chaotic experience. Poorly handled tonight, Terminis.

This place is always good. I’ve been having their pizza since they were in Union City. The penne vodka… amazing… lots of calories.

I’ve been coming here for years. Friendly staff and the pizza is consistently good as well as the other dishes. My son loves everything here too. It’s my comfort spot. I always recommend it.

3.5 Stars. Pros: Love their plain pizza pie. Still reasonably priced after all this time. Quick delivery(granted, I’m only a few blocks away) and still excellent quality pies. I haven’t had anything from Termini’s besides their pies and I would recommend them all the way. Cons: Whenever you ask for extra cheese, they don’t bother adding any but they never forget to charge you for it. I thought it was a fluke the first time so I let it go… but the next time I ordered, I was disappointed that it just looked like a plain pizza pie. No extra cheese to be found anywhere. So if extra cheesy goodness is what you crave, don’t bother from Termini’s. Also, if you have a sweet tooth like I do, get your dessert elsewhere. Their«tiramisu» is always frost-bitten and has no real flavor. Like the extra cheese, I thought it was a fluke… but nope, that’s just how they are. Overall, I would recommend Termini’s but don’t ask for extra toppings or any of their desserts.

I’ve been going here for years and they’re always great. I just moved to Jersey City and nothing around here compares(nothing in the Union City area compares either except for the plain pizza at Pizza Villa which I actually like a little better). Here are some things I recommend: Spaghetti Marinara(plain just pasta and sauce): Wow, the sauce is so tasty you can almost drink it like a soup. Penne Vodka: Best you’ll ever try, I love the crunchy peas in it. Baked Ziti: Delicious, cheesy, same great marinara sauce. Fettuccine Alfredo: So rich, so creamy. I like to order it with grilled chicken which is sliced very thin and just has a simple/plain grilled flavor. Their pizza is very good but I prefer Pizza Villa(I think because theirs has a sweeter tasting sauce and I have a big sweet tooth). You also get a nice warm roll with your pasta, nothing better than good bread and butter. If you go here expecting«Authentic» Italian food or some fancy brick oven place you might be disappointed. It is still an Italian/American joint with really tasty food!

I’m new to the area so I tried a pizza from Termini. My wife and I had one slice each and then threw the rest of the pizza away because it was so bad. Delivery took a long time, too.

Pizza is pretty good… we got a full veg pie– and the vegetables were nicely saulted and had a pinch of garlic on it… but it wasn’t anything spectacular… I would have preferred a thinner pie after viewing the picture they had on Unilocal here that made it look like brick oven style but their marinara sauce that I ordered extra of was delishh

Probably the only real italian pizza in Union City left. I’ve been going to Termini’s for over 20 years, owners have changed but same great food. Place looks a little dingy but food speaks for it self.

penne in vodka sauce with chicken– probably the best I’ve had. Their pizza is average, really big slices. Good Mozz sticks & garlic bread. overall, good experience every time i order from them.
