Great place with great people behind the counter. Never encountered a problem with any of there products.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! If you want a sore throat for weeks this is your store. Nick the owner or manager mixes the liquid in his store in the back. God knows what he puts in there. I have been to vapor shops where they do the mixing, such as the one in Lincoln park right in front of you, and it’s fresh liquid and great to smoke a soothing to the throat. Another good one is in Hoboken. I am reporting him to the state. DO NOT GO THERE AGAIN! I’m warning you, and I am not one to write reviews, but I am beyond disgusted! It gets NO stars from me, had to put one to write the review!!!

This place deserves to go out of business ASAP.
They’re one of those places that you have nightmares about. That Saturday Night Live does skits about. You know, one of those nightmare Neanderthal retailers that has no idea how to do customer service or run a successful business.
I’ve been going to them more frequently over the last couple of months. I used to order everything online but it was nice to have a store in the neighborhood that I could walk to. Everything went well the first few weeks so I started going back more and more.
A few weeks ago they sold me on two large Ego batteries that were $ 20 each. And they sold me on a Kanger tank system. Everything was great for a couple of weeks. I would go back every week to buy more coils.
After about a month, the Kanger tank started to fall apart and didn’t really work well anymore. So I thought it had seen its last days and went in to buy a new tank. Same Kanger as before. Well, when I got home and hooked it up to the batteries they sold me — the light on the battery started blinking! It had worked fine on the previous tank, but every time I hooked this new tank and coil up to it it wouldn’t work at all. So I tried it on the second battery. On this battery the light came on as if everything was fine, but it just didn’t produce any heat and there was no way to vape with it.
When I bought the last Kanger tank from them, I also bought two additional coils. All three coils (the one that came with the tank and the other two) had similar problems with these two batteries.
So I thought I’d be really reasonable. I went in yesterday and very nicely told the guy what was happening. He was good at first. He took my setup and looked at it and said he could see there was a problem. And he admitted that these things often have problems like this. Being reasonable I thought I’d just ask for a refund or replacement of the two additional coils they had sold me. I mean, I’m not even asking for a refund or replacement of the tank or the coil that came with it, or the batteries.
What I was asking for had a total refund value of $ 6.00. And replacement value would have cost them only about $ 3.00. So, you know what the guy says to me? He says, «I’m sorry I can’t give you a refund — because the manufacturer won’t give us a refund.»
I said, no problem, then just give me a replacement. How reasonable is that?! He says, «I can’t give you a replacement because I can’t take anything out of stock without getting paid for it. We have to get paid for anything that comes out of stock.»
I said, «You’re kidding right? I’m having a problem caused by some conflict in the parts you sold me and you admitted this is a problem that occurs fairly often. And you can’t refund or replace?» He said, «Nope. I can’t.» He said the manufacturer wouldn’t reimburse them for the faulty part they made.
I said even if the manufacturer wouldn’t reimburse them for it that it would seem that in the interest of keeping a loyal customer who was buying more and more each week from them — that it might not be a bad deal for them to just eat the $ 3.00. (Not to mention that by not doing so I might be motivated to write a scathing Unilocal review). He said, «I know, but I can’t.»
THEN! Then he tells me that he sells a little differently from the other people who work there. He proceeds to tell me that basically everything the other two guys had sold me was crap. He said in fact that pretty much everything in the store was crap except for one thing. He said, «I recommend this setup here…» I said, «That’s the $ 96 deal, right?» He said, «That’s right!»
So I was already out about $ 55 on this setup (and I had spent about $ 150 total with them over the past two months) and they couldn’t even back me up for $ 3.00 of that. Instead they wanted me to now spend $ 100! Wow! Great deal for them, huh! But terrible deal for me. If the other things in the store don’t work as this employee admitted, they shouldn’t be selling it. And if they are selling it, then they should take responsibility and stand behind their products. That means reimbursing people when the things they sell stop working in less than a week.
Also, I tried a couple of their e-​liquids and they’re really terrible. I’ve been vaping for about 4 years and I’ve tried a lot of liquids from a lot of different places. This is the typical kind of really cheap junk that the worst vape stores sell.
I really HATE this place. It has been a long time since I’ve experienced a retailer this brain dead and inept at dealing with the public.
All I can say is stay far, far away from this place. I really think some of the things they’re selling aren’t genuine parts. I think they’re selling knock-​offs that are cheap as crap and don’t work at all. And these geniuses somehow think no one will notice! But believe me, we have noticed!

I have nothing but all around praise for this establishment. I have been to ½ dozen vape stores in my area and this place is hands down the best. Professional courteous service, superior liquids and products. The prices are also better than everyone else. I was getting liquids online and tried other stores and they were all sub par to the vapor stores products. There liquids are custom-​made right there and they have a countless variety of flavors. I will go nowhere now but the vapor store.

My experience with the vapor store untill today was subpar at best.
I initially started with the starter pack that came with the battery, charger and wick tank.
The product was/​is decent. (Would highly recomend to anyone).
Feeling the urge to support this local buissnes and explorer my newly found facination in the realm of vaping i decided to upgrade to a new battery.
I asked the employee to help me out she and gave me what i wanted, very freindly.
Upon receiving the battery (vision spinner 2)
I notice that the box seems to have been tampered with.
I ignore it because as the saying goes, its whats on the inside that counts.
I asked for a 10ml of brain freeze and was on my merry way.
On my walk home i eagerly puffed on what i thought were my last days on the starter pack.
I get home take my coat off and go to the box
I remove the first plastic box and then procced to open the second one i was pretty impressed it ffeels nice not to heavy nice grooves.
I try turning it on and i didnt, but i knew that, i asked the seller if it would have a charge when i opened it she said no.
So i charge for an hour.
But something went wrong, when i connected it to the charger it began blinking on and off on and off and didnt stop i read the manual and b it tells me that it signifies it has no charge. So i let it charge, and wait. And wait. And wait. After an hiur i tryed clicking it to turn on and it didnt. I found that odd so i let it charge and go to work. I returned six hours later and see that it is still blinking on and off.
I decide to go on the internet and troubleshoot it.
Theres nothing i could do everythinv i had done was done.
I read through dozens of reviews and all of them led me to believe this item was a fake.
I thought no way how can i store sell fake items especially when there infront of a police station and the mayors office (what kind of image would that give).
I go on the product site and download the pdf on distiguishing the real from the fake.
The outer plastic box is a fake
The secondary box is a fake
The inner wrapping is not authentic
The package didnt come with a scratch of cpde to verify the authenticity of the product.
I was devasted .
I have never felt like such a fool .
I will return to the store and get my money back or the authentic item i paid for with compensation.
If i am not satisfied i will report this store to the better buisness bearue, and file a complaint with the mayors office .
People reading this review do not take this as an emotional rant rather as a warning.
Vaping is fun and enjoyable when done properly
This store is selling non genuine products and charging them as full price, the vapor store does not care about the safety of its customers.
If i cant get a genuine product, what is to aay i am actually getting a 0 nicotine liquid, or if it even safe to use.

I went in and explained My situation.
It was switched out for a new one that works.
I asked if these products are authentic and he claimed they are.
The new spinner did not come with an authentication code to verify it.
I strongly recommend vapors to avoid this store at all costs.

Very pleasant courteous and reasonable Unlike most stores wasn’t pushy and didn’t push product to increase sales dollars… helped resolve a vapor leak issue as opposed to trying to sell a new product… will continue shopping there
