UC Nails

It was my first time here. This nail salon deserves a ZERO (O) but there’s no zero star so I will give them a rating of 1.
I suffered a deep cut on the side of my left middle finger, it was bleeding profusely, one hour later and it’s still bleeding. Lee-​lee (Lily) the lady who did my manicure was rushing cause there were people waiting and there’s only 2 of them working today.
I should’ve checked the review before I went. I will never ever come back!!! Never again!!!

HORRIBLE! if I can give this place 0 stars I will. I’ve been trying out different places to find the best nail salon, sadly, this one is a miss! I asked for gel manicure and it was applied unevenly and the sides of my nails are not cleaned properly. pedicure was more horrible, not foot spa, and the ladies there had the nerves to ask me for a tip when I was paying, never going back again, never!

Rose did my pedicure, and she is wonderful. She is gentle, sweet, and thorough. I can’t speak for anyone else, but I will be sure to ask for her every time I come. I always have a problem with getting cut during a pedicure, and as a result I get really anxious every time I have to go for a pedicure. Rose took her time and I am happy to be leaving cut free from the salon.
I think in terms of the salon ambiance and look you get what you pay for, but for $ 18 I am definitely a fan.

I live within walking distance to this nail salon so it is my go to spot. The prices are reasonable and reflect the quality that you get. I always get a shellac manicure for $ 23. It’s not super high quality, but you kinda get what you pay for. They are fast and efficient, but I haven’t tried any other services from them and I probably will just stick to my manicures.

Went in for a pedicure since I haven’t had one in almost a year. They did a great job on that. They soaked my feet, rubbed some solutions on it and scrubbed off the nasty dead skin from the bottom and cleaned and clipped away the extra skin on the sides of the toe nails and shaped my toe nails. The lady gave me a nice 1 – 2 minute foot scrub and another 1 – 2 minute foot massage after washing the residue off. The lady taking care of me barely spoke to me until she saw me squirming when she was scrubbing my feet. She did a really good job on my toes.
I decided to get a manicure also since I had time. It was a 2^nd lady that cleaned and did everything else on my fingernails. The lady did a good job also but I think the base coat she used sucked because after I left after letting my nails dry under the uv lamp… not even 5 min after, the nail polish started to shrivel up. I brought my own nail polish, one of those sally Hansen 1 step complete nail polishes. Last time I went there I choose a color in the same brand and had no problems. I didn’t have time to go back and complain about the way the nail polish on my fingers looked.
All in all, I would go there just for a pedicure. It’s totally worth 18 bucks.

First off the owner is rude and lazy they don’t clean your utensils. They messed up my eye brows and they double dip in there wax. I had nail polish all on the side of my foot. Don’t ever go here waste of time and money.

Tina always saves the day for me! They all do great work and makes anyone feel at home. Their professionalism is a a big plus!
