Worst experience ever! The handle you are supposed to pull up to start fueling stuck in down position and by trying to pull it up my wrist slipped and I seriously hurt it. But I needed some fuel, right? So, I continued to exercise my luck and finally pulled it up and was naively hoping to get some fuel in my tank. Right. That process has never started no matter what I did. I should have turned away the moment I saw yellow tape on other handles as it’s just a good indication the owner does not give a shit about his customers. Anyway, I voted with my money spending across the street at Shell.

This place is great! I needed to get my car smogged, and the 76 that is around the corner from my house(on alvarado/dyer) apparently was too busy to take care of it. Well, they were too busy to tell me they had 3 people ahead of me, and made me wait almost a half hour just to tell me that… So i came to this place, based on a friend’s recommendation. The smog guy here is awesome! There was a wait, but he was kind enough to let me know how long it would be, and kept me up to date. The smog itself went smooth, they are very careful with your car, and follow the smog by the book. The price was a bit higher than comparable shops, but i will gladly pay a little more for better service. This place will definitely be getting my smog tests in the future…

Located right off the freeway, its a convenient stop before reaching Union Landing. Gas prices are comparable. The convenience store is smaller than most, but carries most essentials.
